Lake Elmo Creamery is a cute little shop in downtown Lake Elmo with a nice selection of flavors. The ice cream is delicious and generous servings. The staff is very friendly, happy, joyful, fun, patient, and kind. They make waffle cones homemade right behind the counter. Specific flavors mentioned include black cherry ice cream, coconut explosion, orange twister, and vanilla with a chocolate ball at the bottom. They also sell licorice ice cream in pints. The creamery has a great dedication to the Lake Elmo community and participates in local events.
