“What a delightful haven with sweet indulgences on the menu. I savored the blueberry, raspberry, chocolate, and pistachio ice cream. The flavors were enchantingly rich, and the pistachio ice cream contained real, crunchy nuts. Alas, it was evening, and I didn't have the chance to sample their exquisitely priced coffee. This only means I'll be returning soon, with eager anticipation.“

“This is my all time favorite Caribou. The staff give great service and are extremely sweet. My drink is always amazing no matter who makes it. Seeing other reviews comment on “noise of blenders” or “amount of ice” is actually really irritating since it’s out of the staffs control and they are just doing their jobs. If you can’t handle the staff making drinks according to Caribous corporate rules make your own coffee at home. This Caribou is a great location and I will continue to return. Thank you for providing my days with a drinks full of joy. :b“

My biggest issue coming here is not being able to decide which drink I want because they are all amazing.Only note, and this is all of Caribou, not just this location, their drinks are very sweet. I almost always order mine with half the flavors/chocolate and an extra shot of espresso.(In case you're unfamiliar withCaribous)“

“Key's doesn't just have incredible food but they make fantastic cakes. Their chocolate house cake it to die for. They did an incredible job matching the invitation and theme for my sister-in-law's baby shower cake! The spinach salad with warm bacon dressing it one of my favorites.“

“When I ordered my lumberjack sandwich, I asked for it to be sliced. The cashier said what do you mean and I said please cut it in half and she said we cannot modify sandwiches in anyway. And I said why can’t you cut it and she said I don’t know. Well I’ve received it cut in the past so that was surprising to me. I had to ask for a plastic knife so I could cut it in half myself. Why is this a policy?“

“I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience.
To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right.
I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service. I see a few mixed reviews about “staff being rude or disrespectful”, and that could not be further from the truth. Staff here is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.
