“This Target is an awesome location. Friendly service, Always clean and things are easy to find. One thing I really like about this location is the fact that I rarely have to wait for a check out lane for long. A lot of times when they see more than 2 people in line someone opens a lane and invites you over to check out quickly. That makes you feel very important and that people genuinely care.“

“I pulled through the drive-through today and ordered 3 medium hot chocolates with caramel. One was supposed to be white chocolate. After waiting quite a while for the car in front of me to get their drinks (owing to one of the drinks needing to be remade), I got up to the window, paid, and collected my order. Upon arrival at home, I was disappointed to find that I got 3 regular hot chocolates with caramel. They were still delicious, but I was a bit frustrated that my order was wrong despite a decent wait in line.“

“This has become my favorite coffee shop. Run by a wonderful family. Excellent coffee and other beverages. The spicy Mexican hot chocolate is terrific. I also enjoy the latte and the cappuccino. Baked goods are divine - I especially love the oat bread and the banana bread. Although I have not sampled yet there are also breakfast and lunch items that I can see are popular. Compact seating area that is comfortable and the noise level moderate.“
“Went for Easter Brunch. I've been on the hunt for good brunch spots in the Twin Cities as a college student who often needs a Sunday afternoon rally. After all the places I've tried, Hope may just be the best the city has to offer.Hope, simply put, has its ducks in a row. The service is snappy. The 1-hr cap on dining time seems daunting, but you'll come to love it--it's a great way to keep customers coming in when certain types start sipping a little too slowly on their Captain Crunch cocktails. Being from the South, I'm used to brunch taking eons due to these types of tables. That's not an issue here! They're no-nonsense. Server was friendly and gave great recommendations. Every course was delicious and surprising.We started with the Captain Crunch cereal milk Rumchata cocktail and raspberry lemonade--both of which were divine. Very strong flavors that taste exactly as advertised. Not too sweet despite what others have suggested. I got the pimento cheese scramble with bacon and baby monkey cakes--good lord. Everything was out-of-this world. The peanut butter syrup on the monkey cakes is like crack--again, I'm from Louisiana, so plate-licking dishes are a high bar for me. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles with the incredible jalapeno syrup (great dipping option for the bacon, too). He's a chicken and waffle fanatic and has gotten it at every brunch place we've been to--this is the best!We will be coming back. Very reasonable prices considering the quality and inventiveness of the food as well as the excellent service and atmosphere.“

“I visited this location this morning 11/10/23 and they were super busy but I can't even say enough amazing things about how kind and patient the staff were. Despite being busy they were still professional and didn't make me feel rushed. I appreciate my experience there! A huge thank you to them for working so hard!“
