“Visited the Oakdale Caribou again after a not so great experience a couple of weeks ,(2-3 weeks) ago. Was happy to see the holiday flavors are available. This time the service was a bit better. 8n my last review I noted that the staff were not calling out customer names when food or beverage was ready. My name was said once and the staff I interacted with were very nice, they were at least calling out the food and beverage orders when they were ready. No names being called out. Hmm.... I do appreciate that the staff was very friendly. The iced cranberry dark chocolate crafted press was delicious. Thank you.“

It's a bit tricky pulling into their location but I am determined for my coffee! So this does not deter me. Also the kind staffakea it worth it.
They don't have any dairy free options for food for my daughter, so that's an idea for Caribou! She would love to eat some of the food at Caribou.“

“I went to do some last minute shopping and stopped by to get some Starbucks Tuesday morning. They were pretty busy and I waited about 8 minutes in line, but they were pretty quick and kept a positive attitude throughout. I could tell they had a lot of online orders as they were running around back and forth but still provided excellent service. The two wonderful ladies, taller brunette and the shorter red head, in the morning were the sweetest. I had a warm greeting at the register and had my caramel brûlée latte made perfectly with a kindly and generous send off. They had no complains and did perfectly by how hard they worked together!! Unfortunately, I overheard some customers around me weren’t as joyful as they were rushed but why wait in a line if you are rushed? I thought those two ladies worked perfectly together through the long line of customers.“

I've learned it's bound to happen anywhere we go. What matters is they are given an opportunity to make it right for you. We're all human. We all have our off moments. I enjoyed my visit there today.
