When I go to another Bou I will ask sometimes if they have been trained by the manager at this location and they say yes. Trasie is an incredible manager. She has a talent for hiring great people and training them. They are all great team members. We need more Trasies in this world“

“Starbucks located in Hyvee. Small but decent. Staff if decent. Normally not busy so it's easy to get in and get out.Like that you can get your favorite drinks and then go grocery shopping. Good location.Clean and fast service. Just a little ridiculous they charge $0.80 per syrup pump. Overall nice little treat“

“Visited the Oakdale Caribou again after a not so great experience a couple of weeks ,(2-3 weeks) ago. Was happy to see the holiday flavors are available. This time the service was a bit better. 8n my last review I noted that the staff were not calling out customer names when food or beverage was ready. My name was said once and the staff I interacted with were very nice, they were at least calling out the food and beverage orders when they were ready. No names being called out. Hmm.... I do appreciate that the staff was very friendly. The iced cranberry dark chocolate crafted press was delicious. Thank you.“

“Starbucks in Kowalski’s Oak Park Heights is the best! We go out of our way to come to this location for 2 reasons….. the people who work here and they make the best drinks! Abby and her team are amazing, they know us by name and remember our drink order. They do a rinse through the espresso machine for my husband’s decaf espresso, so nice!“

“Have been there for breakfast and it is in the top 3 (gotta count my husband as he cam cook). The breakfast side is like an old soda shop with sassy little signs. Service was awesome on both side the cafe and the bar. Do not want to give this away but Monday night 3.00 burgers, you cannot got wrong. Also the first place I have not had to tell the bartender that a strawberry margarita get sugar not salt. It is just a great little spot.“

“Most of the Baristas are nice but my favorite Barista is Jennifer. She used to work the night shift and I looked forward to seeing her every night when I come there for my coffee before I go to work. I miss her!!!! Can she please be on nights again or closing shift or whatever you call it? PLEASE!!!!! I miss her!!!!“

“Met a friend for coffee. She ordered a mint hot chocolate. I'm usually a tea drinker(Caribou lattes are only coffee I like) so I ordered that too. The 1st sip made my taste buds sing for joy! Authentic chocolate syrup, delicious mint that's not too spicy or overpowering (like the other place😉) just perfect deliciousness to last drop!“

“Not only was the coffee excellent, so was the service. The baristas went above and beyond to help me today, even bringing my beverage out to the table.

The are a number of 15 minute parking spots right out front and a handicapped parking space a bit further down, but with wheelchair access to the sidewalk there.“

“I absolutely love coming to this Caribou Coffee! Kat, Presley, Patrick, Viktor & Allister are all amazing. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They know me by name, which is such a small thing but makes every visit feel a little more personal. What a great morning crew!

The store is always clean, my drinks are consistently made perfectly, and the atmosphere is so inviting. I especially love stopping in after my workouts. It has become one of my favorite little routines. This team always make my day a little brighter. Such a great location with even better people! ☕🤎“

“I love coming to this Caribou Coffee. Mariah especially deserves a shoutout. She is always so incredibly friendly and welcoming. No matter what she’s doing, whether she’s working the drive-through or busy making drinks, she always makes a point to say hi to me. That little bit of kindness and recognition truly makes such a difference and makes me feel like a valued regular.

The drinks are always made great, the store is clean and inviting, and the team makes it such a nice place to stop. Mariah’s friendliness is definitely one of the reasons I always enjoy coming back. It’s those small, personal touches that make a coffee shop feel like your neighborhood spot! ☕🤎“

“Rachel at Caribou Coffee was amazing! She was super friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She made my drink perfectly and made the whole experience enjoyable. It's always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. Rachel definitely deserves recognition for the great job she does, and I'll definitely be back!“

“Good service and good coffee. The owner recognized me on the second time i came in and already knew what I wanted. He is friendly and engages me in conversation when there are no other customers waiting.“

“I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience.
To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right.
I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service. I see a few mixed reviews about “staff being rude or disrespectful”, and that could not be further from the truth. Staff here is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.
