Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I made Sundhine coffee for a brunch recently that I hosted and all of the attendees absolutely adored the coffee. I immediately recommended Sunshine coffee! I have ordered coffee online and also stopped at the shop. Very great staff, super personable and are doing a great job at building community within their coffee shop. Highly reccomend. Yum!☕️

The location keeps getting better, with outdoor space improvements and nearby attractions like a library, pizza, and ice cream spots. The pastries, especially muffins, are highly recommended and many say it is their favorite part of visiting the area. The coffee is consistently excellent, rivaling Portland's best roasters, and is prepared with careful bean selection and custom roasting to bring out all the flavors. The miel latte is delicious, and the chai is on point, with frothy cream and medium spice. Overall, Sunshine Coffee Co. offers a first-rate coffee and bakery experience in a welcoming environment.
