Caribou Coffee is a popular spot known for its exceptional coffee, food, and welcoming atmosphere. The drinks are a highlight, with many options to choose from, although some customers find them quite sweet. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant customer experience. The cozy seating areas, including a patio overlooking a picturesque pond, create an inviting ambiance for customers to relax and enjoy their visit. While some customers would like the prices to be a bit lower, the overall experience at Caribou Coffee is one that keeps customers coming back for more.
