Mobile order drink has taken 25+ minutes on multiple occasions now. I will no longer order here if on a time limit as this seems to be a consistent issue regardless of if there is a line or not and how many staff are behind the counter.
It was never a great Starbucks- I agree with other recent reviews that now on top of long waits and inconsistent drinks the staff doesn’t seem to want to be there and appear annoyed. I ordered a simple drink for them to execute since most of Starbucks drinks are automated- an oat milk cortado with blonde espresso. You’re better off going to a different location such as Target or down the road at Kowalskis.

While the pastries in the display case look prettier than they taste, specific items like the Caramel ribbon crunch are popular. Drinks, such as lattes and seasonal offerings like Pumpkin Spice or Caramel Brulée, are consistently smooth and acceptable, described as fun sugar bombs or dessert disguised as coffee. The caramel ribbon frappe is highlighted as being outstanding and made perfectly.
Service experiences vary. The staff are often described as genuinely friendly and polite, mastering efficient assembly-line service even during busy rushes, with customer service sometimes noted as stellar. Baristas are appreciated for their effort in crafting yummy drinks to satisfy cravings. However, operational issues are reported. Mobile orders are sometimes stolen if not picked up immediately, though remakes are provided. At times, the pace can be very slow with staff showing no urgency despite busy periods, while at other times the long lines are understood as typical. The drive-thru experience can be mixed, with occasional odd interactions but ultimately good drinks.
The vibe is a solid hangout spot with reliable Wi-Fi and plentiful outlets. It attracts a mixed but mellow crowd, including students with laptops and parents with toddlers. While not considered the best coffee in town, this Starbucks delivers consistency, Wi-Fi, and a sugar-coated hit of caffeine exactly as expected.
