“I recently bought an espresso machine and a nice grinder and wanted to find a local-ish roaster to buy beans from regularly. We tried two others and weren't blown away but then I did some research and found Roots Roasting. We bought their Classic Espresso beans online and it took me maybe 2 or 3 shots to dial in and when I did—wow! We liked them so much that today we drove from Somerset, WI just to buy a fresh bag and to try their coffee in the shop. I went with a spiced mocha and my wife got "something fun" and they are both absolutely delicious! We will be back and we will continue to order beans online if we can't make the drive. Really welcoming environment and the neighborhood is nice too. Great job Roots Roasting!“

“Fantastic coffee, incredible apple fritters. Staff were kind and attentive. They have a large coffee roasting oven behind the counter, so the entire place smells heavenly. Only one bathroom though, so don’t drink your coffee too quick.

Will be back, and likely will be purchasing coffee beans from them in the future.“

“We went to the cities to see Evanescence on the 20th of September and had layover time for the concert to start so my husband and I walked from the venue to Little Brazil. Unfortunately, we got absolutely drenched walking back to the show. Not only that, but we forgot our precious signed posters from the band at our table . The staff saved our posters and kept them safe until we made it back to get them the next day which we truly appreciated. They would have been destroyed by the weather otherwise. We were SO enamored with this gem of a place, it was WORTH the soaked clothes, chattering teeth and watching the rest of the concert soaked through! There is definitely something for everyone whether it be coffee, dessert, sandwiches. They also have a market of imported goods to try like chocolate, candies, snacks etc. Now whenever we are near the cities, it's going to be a must stop! 💖“

“I’ve visited a lot of Caribou Coffee locations, but I’m reviewing this one because it stands out. They are always well staffed and speed of service is amazing. This location also still gives out the chocolate covered espresso beans, which I have not seen from other Caribou locations in a long time.“

“Good parking, nice patio option and indoor seating available. They were quick, clear, and the staff was noticeably fun and working well together. There was even a large spill that happened but they were quick to get a no slip sign out and kept high spirits even through clean up. Great place!“

“I frequent this location a couple times a month. The baristas are fun to talk to and consistently deliver well-made beverages. I often get the mini turkey bacon sandwich and a matcha lemonade. The only draw back to this location is how small it is. The unique location offers a wide range of clientele. Rarely, but sometimes, customers are quite loud despite the small area. This place would not be the best for a private conversation or long laptop work days.“

“What a super adorbs & Charming coffee shop that feels straight out of Paris. The inside is absolutely beautiful from the aged brick, beautiful vintage tiles, arched ceilings, beautiful lighting, large windows & cozy atmosphere. The smell of coffee just greets you the second you walk in. It was busy- lots of people loves Nina’s. My oat milk iced latte was SO good. Very delicious espresso to oat milk balance.“

“There are about five Caribou locations in my community of Woodbury and we always choose to go to this location because of the outstanding customer service! The drinks are always delicious and perfectly made and the atmosphere is so welcoming and fun thanks to Adam and Nicole! I look forward to being greeted every day by their smiles! “The people working there are very helpful. I drink pour over coffees at home using about 2/3 decaf and 1/3 caffeinated beans and they were able to match their really good decaf to two or three different regular coffee beans which ended up going together very well. On a whim I tried a newer brew for me of regular coffee and it was amazing! I don't think you can go wrong trying just about any coffee they have. I've noticed that so many stores sell coffee beans that are as old as 3 months from the time they were roasted but if you want fresh roasted this is a very good choice.“

“I visited this Caribou as a meeting place to visit family. The employees were friendly, polite, and hard working. The drinks were made perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
This is the second biggest Caribou I’ve ever been to. There was a large amount of seating options, which was perfect for the 6 of us. There were also several other groups of people, some visiting, some studying.
Everywhere I looked was a treat for the eyes. Cute little fake plants, beautiful large photography on the walls, little homey decor pieces, comfy seating, I loved it!
If I’m ever back in the area, I’d love to come back again!“

“Great consistent drinks. Service is great from every single person, always. They are all friendly and efficient. When I go to another Bou I will ask sometimes if they have been trained by the manager at this location and they say yes. Trasie is an incredible manager. She has a talent for hiring great people and training them. They are all great team members. We need more Trasies in this world“

“I hadn't been at caribou in a year or more and so needless to say I forgot the lingo foe the drink wanted. She gwve me a couple minutes to describe it then said ohh. Yes you want a chocolate cooler! I also got a blueberry muffin. It was moist and tasty.

“1.) Very friendly staff and good food & drinks.2.) DRIVE THRUS:. Why can’t Caribou workers except credit cards handed to them (like in their stores) instead of using the ANNOYING credit card machine on a long pole? Other fast food restaurants don’t use them. I mention this to the Caribou cashiers and they said other customers also don’t like using them.“
