Took a cooking class at this location by the amazing Chef Azeria Buening...SO MUCH FUN! I already love cooking, but have never taken a proper class. Chef Buening was personable, approachable, professional and fun. The class went fast! Two hours seems like a long time, but it was over in a flash. You won’t find a better croissant in the Twin Cities. When I bit into my croissant this morning, I morphed all the way to France to a pleasant patio on a little side street on a sunny Saturday morning. Don’t pass these up when you’re in Cooks of Crocus Hill! They also have fabulous soups, salads and cookies!

Stopped in for a croissant and after that one I had to get more to take home! Also enjoyed a few other treats and some friendly employees. I hope the St. Patty’s croissants are available next year as well because they were seriously AMAZING.
