Great people, great food, great morals. Thank you!
absolutely love Hope Breakfast Bar. For everyone complaining about their seating policy.... it's to make sure they are able to serve everyone. A lot of very popular brunch spots do the same thing.
We love the creative cocktails they have and love the food. Never been disappointed by the service either. one of our favorite brunch spots!

We had an amazing server Monique, at the Blaine location Sunday 12/7. In fact everyone we encountered that day was kind, helpful, and you could tell just happy to work there. Food was great, drinks were amazing. Monique at the end, really took her time as we shared a story with her and was such an impactful interaction!!!

The Hope Breakfast Bar in St. Paul offers exceptional breakfast dishes that exceed expectations. Their breakfast sandwich, featuring a toasted everything bagel, pimento cheese, eggs, and bacon, is a standout. The restaurant is known for its delicious carrot cake pancakes, chicken and waffles, and crispy hashbrowns. The service is friendly and attentive, with servers always smiling. While the atmosphere can be noisy, the food and service make up for it. However, the restaurant lacks wheelchair accessibility and has no elevator to the upstairs seating area.
Customers praise the restaurant's food quality, with one reviewer describing it as "10/10" and raving about the now-discontinued "grilled cheese French toast" dish. Others have enjoyed the BBLAT, pimento cheese scramble, and buttermilk pancakes, noting that the food is "worth the wait" despite the restaurant's popularity and busy environment. The restaurant is also known for its cocktails and coffees, and customers look forward to returning to try more of the menu, including the mimosa towers.
