“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“If this place served nothing but the breakfast sandwich, it would still be one of my favorite joints in the cities. Every ingredient is perfect, and lovingly crafted into one of the tastiest, heartiest breakfasts you've ever held in your hand. Add to that some great service and friendly atmosphere and you've got a place worth coming back to any chance you get. Also a big fan of their snickerdoodles and the Reuben sandwich - I'm told the vegetarian Reuben (with smoked beets instead of corned beef) is good if you're into that kind of thing.“

“The food and drinks here were fantastic. To go service was slow, but I understand they were serving in house guests first. My biggest issue was the gentleman helping us had the dirtiest hands and fingernails I've seen in a long time. He was in charge of making our drinks and his hands were filthy. He did also forget one of our drinks.“

“I recently bought an espresso machine and a nice grinder and wanted to find a local-ish roaster to buy beans from regularly. We tried two others and weren't blown away but then I did some research and found Roots Roasting. We bought their Classic Espresso beans online and it took me maybe 2 or 3 shots to dial in and when I did—wow! We liked them so much that today we drove from Somerset, WI just to buy a fresh bag and to try their coffee in the shop. I went with a spiced mocha and my wife got "something fun" and they are both absolutely delicious! We will be back and we will continue to order beans online if we can't make the drive. “I got diagnosed with high cholesterol when my first child was born. I tried the medications and it lowered it slightly but the doc told me I still had to take the medicine. 3 years later I discovered Dr MOMOH & began studying his lectures. I no longer have high cholesterol, no longer take pharmaceuticals and I lost 60 lbs. What he is saying works if you listen. He tells you constantly it's easy/simple. It is in hindsight, but when you going through it, things can get tedious.“

“This place is the “Cheers” of Lake Nokomis. The owners, Dennis and Mary, make you feel like family and remember everyone’s favorite drinks. The coffee, Nordic waffles, and Greek Chicken wrap, are personal favorites. Pastry choices include Kouign Ammans and chocolate croissants, also favorites. Every morning you’ll see the same group of retired guys, the baby play group, the old friends getting together, a few work meetings, and a couple of first dates. I love this place.“

Shout-out to Ty for engaging in conversation with my son and I. He pointed out my son's hat (he collects Pokemon pins) and was so nice and hyped up my son so much. We had a wonderful time and he also sent us home with a bunch of Capital One swag. We have told so many people about our experience and we will definitely be back. Should also mention the Cinnamon Maple Latte with Cold Foam is to die for. We really need more genuine people like Ty in this world.“

(although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food.
