The search for a good, affordable sandwich in south Minneapolis is the hungry man’s Holy Grail. Search no longer. Pressed sandwiches like those of Cafe Pamplona in Cambridge, MA, but with a dash more creativity. It’s a spot that welcomes local high schoolers—it’s refreshingly non-corporate and not fussy. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood, especially if you’re looking for a lunch on the go.
