We stopped by yesterday for my 70th birthday, and we were not disappointed. Although I have had their ribs in the past, yesterday they were exceptional. They were some of the meatiest ribs I have ever ordered and the sauce was absolutely delicious.
You can only take out here, which is just fine, you are here for the food not the atmosphere.I have had red beans and rice in the south and these rival those. They are some of the best I've ever had.The BBQ is also some of the best I've ever had. Don't discount getting the chicken here. Its so tender and juicy with just the right amount of smoke. The meat is smoked and seasoned well. All of the side dishes are full of flavor, especially the collard greens, but portion size of the sides needs an increase. A small dine-in for like 15-20 people would be perfect in my opinion.
