“TL;DR: Overall great experience all around. Food and service were great all for a perfectly reasonably price. Service: Small lunch crowd so I was concerned service would be really slow, but I was greated, seated, and immediately attended to by a very friendly waitress who would belt out song lyrics in between tables which just made the experience that much better. Food: - ordered Skippy Burger which came with Steak Fries . From order to delivery was about 13 minutes, which was great for sneaking away for lunch - burger came with pickles on the peanut butter instead of on the side so if you don't like pickles like me, make sure to specifically ask for their omission. Lots of peanut butter (as it should be) to go around so I still had an appropriate amount after ridding the burger of the pickle juice. Prepared medium-well and overall excellent. - steak fries are not my thing but were well prepared, they do have options like chips and would probably go for those next time. Overall a great experience and I expect I'll be back in the future.”

“When we walked around the global market, we didn’t think of it at first, but when we got our food (which was a lot for what we paid) about 20 min after 12, the cashier checked to see if it was ok to get our lunch specials, we finally get our food after 10-20 min, and it was. Amazing, the ribs were fall-off-the-bone and the fry’s aren’t normally frozen generic brand, but homemade, the corn was also to die for. I Absolutely recommend if you love to eat something barbecue.”
“Okay, so I’ve been binge watching “The Bear”, and as a result, I have developed the worst craving for beef sandwiches. This hit the spot. I got, I think was essentially a french dip. Absolutely amazing sauce that hits that sweet unami craving and tender juicy beef. The chips are made in house, but they are actually thin and crispy. I regret not putting my pickle slices on my sandwich, would’ve been bomb.”
“I took my dog over to Bauhaus Brewery on a beautiful summer Saturday afternoon. They have a large and partially covered outdoor seating area that was packed out with friendly folks and their dogs. I heard a few people recommending the food from the Animals Barbaque truck parked outside the building so I waited for a slight lull in the line and then hopped up to order a couple of their pork tacos. I’m so glad I did. They were excellent. Freshly cooked with a nice green sauce that sits between mild and medium. Ordering and pickup at the truck windows is straightforward. They take credit cards. I waited just over 5 minutes before they called out my name to pick up my order. I ended up meeting family and a couple of friends who were there today too. It was an enjoyable space to hang out together for a few hours. I saw other orders and everything looked really good. No wonder word is getting out.I paired my tacos with a Bauhaus Wonderstuff Pilsner. It was bright, light, and smooth - a nice summer offering.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there having a good time connecting with friends and dogs of all flavors around the many outdoor tables.Parking: Parking is ample and easy right on site in the free lot.”
“We tried a pound of BBQ Beef Brisket, Large Mac & Cheese, Large Potato Salad, and Large Coleslaw. All were fantastic, with fair portions. The sides are similar in size/price to a grocery store deli, but better quality. The thinly sliced brisket melts in your mouth, with or without the BBQ sauce. I will most definitely be back to try everything else. Prep time can be up to 15 minutes. Call ahead if don't want to wait. 4% charge for credit cards. Bring cash if that matters to you.Parking: Smaller lot, but free spots available.”
“You guys... you won't find better bbq in Minneapolis. You just won't. My boyfriend and best friend went to Bauhaus Brewing to enjoy sometime outside and get a cold drink - we knew there would be the Animales food truck there and planned to get food, but did not plan to be as blown away by the amazing food as we were. The Birria Tacos were probably some of the best tacos I've ever had. Ever. So much flavor, so much going on, crispy on the outside, juicy in the middle. Show stopping. The only thing I fumbled the bag on was not asking for Birria dipping sauce - but it truly didn't even need it that's how good it was. The chicken burger was extremely good. Good bun, good toppings ok the burger, chicken was cooked perfect. Would highly recommend! The sample platter was so good. Lots of meat options that were all done and cooked SO well. The pickled veggies on the side added a nice touch! I wish we would have ordered a side or two to break up all the meat - it was A LOT of meat! But in the best way! My suggestion would be to get a side or two to make sure you have something more than meat, even though it was all 10/10! Dreaming about going back - this bbq was phenomenal!”

“Great.They say Chicago vibes but it gives me down south vibes. - a praise from a southern transplant.Greens tasted delicious and the meat was worth my drive in rush hour traffic on a weekday during the hottest week of summer.I recommend for those who love pork and those who don’t eat it. “You can only take out here, which is just fine, you are here for the food not the atmosphere.I have had red beans and rice in the south and these rival those. They are some of the best I've ever had.The BBQ is also some of the best I've ever had. Don't discount getting the chicken here. Its so tender and juicy with just the right amount of smoke. The ribs well, just try them they speak for themselves. Amazing.The sauce is unique you just need to try it. I am not a big bbq sauce fan - I could drink this stuff its so fantastic.Don't skip out on some delish peach cobbler for dessert. It's a unique single layer crust with sweet juicy peaches.If you have an event, they do catering! Moses was incredibly helpful and the quantities were perfect for my group of 40 guys.”
