Great sides ! The beans had lots of brisket in it and the meat is deliciously smokey.
we enjoyed their brisket plate with coleslaw and fries. Enjoyed their rye beer. Drag bingo was fun and a great fundraiser for youth.
We got there right when they opened (twins game night!) and Rose was there to serve us and chat with us!! She gave local recs for food and other breweries. The bbq smelled awesome but we had already eaten! I had the oaxacan lager and LOVED it. My boyfriend ordered a hazy ipa and he said it was allright! Rose was just so lovely!

Based on the reviews, StormKing Brewpub and Barbecue offers solid BBQ with a nice vibe. The brisket is executed nicely with a nice balance of salt and pepper, and the brisket sandwich is legit. Other menu items include smoked chicken thighs, a wedge salad, and Texas twinkies. The pulled pork is also great. The atmosphere is quiet with outside seating available weather permitting, and the distillery is right in the building. The service is friendly and attentive, though ordering is done from the bar. The drink selection is great with very balanced and easy to choose cocktails. Pricing is a little more expensive than expected, but the food is tasty and a good price for a family of 6.
