We went to the Freehouse to see Roy Wood, Jr. perform. The venue had decent seating and acoustics for the ticket prices that we paid. The bar staff was phenomenal and the greeters and ushers were super helpful. I recommend the Freehouse for seeing a show.
Cori was the sweetest, and best bartender around! She makes a mean espresso martini! She is very attentive and sweet.Oysters were delicious and $12 less than the smack shack. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Decided to stop in on a whim. Food was excellent and price point was reasonable for the amount of food you got, especially in the North Loop area. Good selection of beer, only downside is that they don’t do flights anymore. They do offer 3-4 Oz ponies for $5, but when a pint is $7-8, doesn’t seem worth it.
