Great cookies, but the service could be greatly improved. Glad i only ordered 3 cookies, since im sure a 12 0ack would have taken an hour. If I wanted to wait 10 min, I could have driven to Walmart in Eagan.
Cookies are great parking is crazy had to park in a back alley and walk 3 blocks i guess it's a good thing I had to wait 20 minutes for my order because the walk back was up hill. 5 stars for the taste of the cookies 3 stars for customer service and 0 stars for parking.
@Todd Goodwin. Insomnia didn't give you a cookie cake. You may have ordered a cookie cake and they gave you a deluxe cookie by mistake. The location messed up your order I'm thinking. Insomnia's cookie cakes are BIG! Just wanted to let you know.
