“I really enjoyed Sofra Kitchen. I ordered the Sofra Special Chicken Wrap with fries and a Turkish fruit tea. The food was very good, however, as someone who loves spicy food, I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t much of a kick to the wrap I ordered. I also ordered the pistachio and walnut baklava, which they served with fresh-brewed tea and a sugar cube. The baklava with the tea was a delicious end to the meal—and our waitress even gave us a second round of tea when we drank it all. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm, and there were only a couple other people in the restaurant during the couple hours we were there. It was a Monday afternoon, though, which might explain the slowness. Overall, I recommend Sofra Kitchen to anyone wanting to get a taste of middle-eastern/mediterranean food, as there are many items on the menu, and you can probably find something to fit your taste.”

“We go here waaaaaay more often than I care to admit and I have to say, every single time is a joy. Not just because the food is amazing (and consistent) but because the staff are truly kind and attentive! There is always someone walking around, wiping down tables. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that? I mean, it’s just par for the course with this place. Phenomenal staff, great food, and our family always leaves happy.”

“I ordered a cake ahead of time at the St. Anthony, Minnesota, Creamery. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that there was only one person in attendance with several people waiting ahead of me. This is not about waiting. This is about watching this one man handle all these customers and their specific orders with grace and professionalism, with care and concern. When it was my turn, I told him how I had enjoyed watching him work and asked, was he working alone. He mentioned that although there was a prospect of another person in the offing, yes, he was working alone. When I asked could I please refer praise to his supervisor, he asked that I write a Google review, and thus I am doing so. In an age where we are losing manners and turning even waiting on persons over to AI, we need people with humanity and concern for others in our midst. Thank you for a good experience, and the cake was wonderful.”

“My wife and I come here several times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. The food is almost always perfect (had some kinda stale bread once a few months ago, but that's it), and the service is fast.”

“Wow! absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Both the young girl that was working 8/15/22 roughly 8:30pm and the alleged “GM Chris/Christian.” Not only was The girl just dressed looking sloppy in short shorts and flip flops she has quite and attitude problem as well as homophobia. She used the “f” slur towards me and was incredibly rude because i picked up and order towards closing time. I called to speak with the alleged manager and he defended her actions. I will be reporting them to the BBB and other organizations to make light of their behavior. I will also be spreading this on social media. I should add that the alleged manager refused to give me the owners name and contact information and then cited “don’t bother he wont care.” Absolute disgust! Spread the word DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.”

“Tenant provided an absolutely incredible dining experience. The staff delivered such personal service that it genuinely felt like our table was the only one there. I really enjoyed the seamless transitions from the bar to the dining area and back. Best of all, the food and cocktails were completely outstanding.”

“We had a fantastic date night at Joan’s! Highly recommend! The food was incredible. Perfect pacing, portions, wine pairings, and the flavors have you closing your eyes to experience each bite. One of the best meals we have ever had. Our server was thoughtful and friendly. Great dining atmosphere. We will be back!”

“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!”

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!”

“Loved this spot! It's good for light lunches and dinners. They food was very good, I had the special, which was super yummy! They can accommodate kids and people with disabilities, there is a wheelchair accessible restroom. Their patio is very decent sized. I think the indoor space isn't as large, so something to consider when it isn't nice out. They have beer, wine and cocktails.”

“It's Taco Tuesday and I was craving Mexican food, but I didn't just wanna go to the type of place you think of when "Mexican" is brought up... I'm fancy, so I wanted something a bit more upscale. I did a little bit of research and wouldn't you know it... Colita came up. So here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set south of downtown and a bit west of The Mall of America on Penn Avenue is this gem. There is no private parking lot, but plenty of street parking to leave your fly ride. But once you walk up to the restaurant you can immediately understand the message they're trying to send. Everything looks so modern, straightforward with straight lines, grey colors and light woods. There is a small outdoor section where you can dine if you get lucky enough to land a spot there. Inside carries a very similar style with a little nod to the pueblos and architecture of the southwest. The decor is minimalistic and the "loudest" thing in the room is the live plant wall seated directly behind the bar, which was super cool. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but we had no issues whatsoever. Food/Drink: I was able to try so many different dishes and drinks here and the list is below... 🍹: Xochitl In Love 🍸: La Clandestina 🐟: Tuna Tostada 🌮: Chicken Tinga Tostada 🦪: Seared Scallops 🫓: Tlayuda 🥃: Colita Old Fashioned 🥩: Lamb Barbacoa Tacos 🫔: Duck Tamal However, my favorite things were the Lamb Barbacoa Tacos, Duck Tamal and Seared Scallops, in that order. The food here is phenomenal, the drinks are excellently crafted and things are served tapas style so you don't get too full off of just one thing! Order a whole bunch of stuff and share with the table! Value: As I mentioned earlier, I wanted upscale and the priced dddooo reflect that. Lol. This is a nice place so be prepared to spend... Like you're downtown somewhere. In conclusion, I loved this place and I will come back over and over. Check this place out the next time you're in the area!”

“First, I have never eaten Filipino food before. I read their website and saw it was sweet and savory instead of spicy, which is perfect. I am not a spicy girl. When I arrived with my mother, we were immediately greeted by the owner. She took our orders and then we sat down. A few minutes later, her husband stopped by with our drink (halo halo) and explained how to stir it to blend all the flavors together.
Overall, it was a wonderful, friendly experience. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced, the restaurant was decorated superbly, and the owners were amazing. I definitely plan on returning in the future.”
