It was my first visit - been driving by for a while and always thought I needed to check that place out. The steaks are cut tableside - VERY generous portions. PLENTY to take home. The price - personally, I think they could easily charge more for what you get. The only thing missing, a tiny dish with carrot sticks, celery sticks and radishes and my youth - Like back in the 70s. HIGHLY recommend”

I am a cold coffee person even in the winter when I visit.
Hot cocoa is good if you can't handle cold coffee in winter.
Caribou Coffee is a must stop treat whenever I am in Minnesota!

They also close very early.”

“The woman who took my order was SO HAPPY AND SWEET! She actually was unsure of how to apply my reward to my order before paying but the person I assume was the manager quickly was at her side showing her how to do it. My sandwich was ready before I even paid, which was a very short amount of time. Plus, it is absolutely delicious! Some of the best roast beef I’ve had in a while and neatly made. My favorite was the crazy boy roll - Try it! It is not included in the all you can eat menu, but super worth it if you prefer rolls with cooked meat.”

“We’re so fortunate to have this gem just blocks from our home. It is incredible to have this level of food and an impeccable wine list tucked into a cozy neighborhood location. Having tried basically every tasting menu in town, the food at Bûcheron easily ranks at the very top. The bar is a perfect spot to drop in for a night cap and dessert, too. We’ve enjoyed two memorable dinners and several pop-ins for drinks and sweets and each time service has been knowledgeable and attentive and plates have been smart and well-balanced. “Very low key place with elegant but simple decorations, really nice and easy vibe in a small dining area, that feels open but intimate at the same time. The courses are bigger than expected so you do get your money's worth. The food was excellent with a good variety of dishes coming your way and the wine pairing adds an extra layer of flavor that is just a chefs kiss.”

“Reeeeeeeally wanted to give this 5 stars. Knocking off a star because both my friend and I got food poisoning after eating and this was the only meal we shared that day. Will give this another chance in the future and revise.

Service is stellar. Like seriously. We didn't have a reservation but they were still able to accomodate us at peak dinner time. Very patient in explaining their menu. Checked on us frequently, changed our plates with clean ones after every round, cleaned any spills on our table, always seemed to bring out the next course piping hot just as we finished the last one.

Food tasted phenomenal. I wanted to order literally everything on the menu. The gnocchi poutine was definitely the most unique. Restaurants usually skimp on desserts but not here - make sure to check it out. Price wasn't even that bad considering how amazing the food was and how stuffed we were afterwards.

Street parking. Location is a little odd being right under an apartment complex.

Definitely coming back, but I would be supremely disappointed if I get sick again.”
