“We do takeout here occasionally, everyone that works here is always so nice. Easy to order from the app and put in a special request if needed.I have accidentally ordered during peak days and times and shown up early, I just get in line and they will grab your online order and make it for you.“
“Bro making me my sandwich was great and explained the difference between the new Disrupter and the discontiuned Eruopter. Unfortunately the new Disrupter paled in comparison to the old Eruopter. Sad to say I probably won't be back since that was my sole reason to come to E&Gs. Please bring it back. Again, shout-out to the dude who made me the lackluster Disrupter, it's not your fault.“
“Last night was our first time here in ages, and I have to say, I wish this location was closer because our experience was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we felt like the employees were very happy we came in. The man who took our order was so very kind and didn't rush us at all. (Sometimes when you have an autistic child people aren't always so compassionate, in our experience, so this meant so much to me!)The food we had was hot, fresh and a million times better than locations closer to us. Even though there was a long line at the drive thru, we were served very fast, which was really nice! The ice cream was cold and perfect... it was extremely hot yesterday so it was awesome that it wasn't all melty by the time we got it.The store is a little dated decor wise, but that doesn't matter to me, it's the service and provisions that will keep me coming back, and this location checked all the boxes! Friendly staff, wonderful food, and it was very clean as well. We will for sure be back when we're in the area again. (I wish I could remember the man's name that took our order because he deserves a shoutout, he made our experience awesome!)“
“If you use to a coupon, you can eat here pretty cheaply. The roast beef sandwiches are tasty enough, the "curly" fries are rarely curly but good. Their sauce pumps are usually not in working order. (this appears to be a franchise wide problem) Annnnnd, I'd love to unwrap a sandwich & have it look like it does on their commercials & posters.“
“Edit: finally got hold of the store and am left absolutely happy with them regardless of the dumb call centerOriginal: I had a missing item (just a sauce, no big deal) - I called to get it resolved, got to a call center, transferred around repeatedly, and never received the promised call back. Very disappointing customer service for a very minor issueOther than that, this store has always been really good, but I can't recommend a place that is unable to resolve any mistakes that may occur“
“They were quite busy preparing some pick up orders, including 4 boxes of sandwiches for a single order. Nonetheless, they prepared my sub in good time and I was on my way in a few minutes. They still have the best bread of any subshop I know. Just as importantly, the mayonnaise tastes just like the mayonnaise I use at home, much better than the glue flavored stuff found at some other places.I have no complaints.“
“This was the 1st Chipotle that I have been in, in a long time that was actually CLEAN! The tables and chairs were not riddled with food from previous guest and the floor looked freshly mopped. Service came with a smile and they were pleasant.“
“They're OOS of that crispy chicken ranch... which is what I went there for. Had to settle for the *regular* sandwich. It's cool. I know you guys are trying. I'll hop on the app before I go next time to make sure I can get that one for sure.“
“Typical Subway with a couple seats for dining... if you don't want to go somewhere else you don't have to... They closed about every other restaurant in the twin cities area to not have customers so this is kind of a small piece of Nice!!??“
“This is easily the best Culver's in the greater northwest suburbs as far as food quality and speed of service are concerned. Their concrete mixers are actually stiff, unlike the soupy mess you get at other nearby locations. The burgers seem to actually be made to order, unlike the stale or off-tasting food from other locations. The fryer seems to be kept clean as well, with no weird flavoring of other foods coming through. However, for some reason that I just can't figure out, they ask for your name in the drive-through now. It doesn't seem to matter what name you give them; at least, they don't match it up to the credit card you hand over or anything. On top of that, seemingly half of the staff tasked to walk food out to cars are just generally creepy. Like, you don't need to lean your face into my car, guy. I'm not here to chat.“
