“The two girls tonight (9/26 around 7pm) did an excellent job! They had a difficult customer with a big order, that was also arguing within the group of 3 they were in. The customers just made things awkward. I felt bad for the 2 girls I saw working. They both did a great job on being calm and cooperative with the difficult customers. When it was my turn to order. They made things quick, and easy. Very much appreciated.“

“Very clean, comfortable restaurant with a play area for kids. Grilled Chicken Club was quite tasty but, a bit dry. Partner's Spicy Fried Chicken was very crispy and moist with just the right amount of spiciness. Waffle Fries could have been a little more crispy. Pretty reasonable prices too. “Excellent subs, and a large selection. Their meat is fresh-cut while you wait, and you can watch the whole process. The staff is friendly and professional, and I have never had a bad experience with them.This location still offers curbside pickup, which is really good for me because I have mobility issues. It's also a couple of blocks from HyVee, so I can do my grocery pickup, then head to Jersey Mike's for a sub, all without getting out of my car.“

“Been to this location many times for both dine-in and takeout orders. The food is always delicious and the service is always quick & friendly. Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from and they give big portions of everything! Great flavors that all work well together, nothing over-powering. Never a long line to order but there's plenty of people dining in and taking out. This is everything you want Chipotle and other similar places to be, but way better! Check it out!“
“This is easily the best Culver's in the greater northwest suburbs as far as food quality and speed of service are concerned. Their concrete mixers are actually stiff, unlike the soupy mess you get at other nearby locations. The burgers seem to actually be made to order, unlike the stale or off-tasting food from other locations. The fryer seems to be kept clean as well, with no weird flavoring of other foods coming through.However, for some reason that I just can't figure out, they ask for your name in the drive-through now. It doesn't seem to matter what name you give them; at least, they don't match it up to the credit card you hand over or anything. On top of that, seemingly half of the staff tasked to walk food out to cars are just generally creepy. Like, you don't need to lean your face into my car, guy. I'm not here to chat.“
“Im always going through the drive thru and the team is so kind, I love when I come by and they seem happy to help and want to make sure your order is perfect. Even when the wait is longer they will chat and get to know you, they are so busy and still take the time with each person!“

“Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.“
“We do takeout here occasionally, everyone that works here is always so nice. Easy to order from the app and put in a special request if needed.I have accidentally ordered during peak days and times and shown up early, I just get in line and they will grab your online order and make it for you.“
“I've been to chick fil a more times than I can count but had by far the best experience at this location. The woman who took our order was fantastic. I didn't get her name but she sounded like she was from the south. She looked at my 5 year old daughter, complimented her, conversed with her asking her about her day and then took her order from her! I can't tell you how special that made her feel. To have an adult truly "see" her and ask her what she wanted for lunch vs asking me was so special. She treated her like a person and not like a little kid whose order needed to be given by her mom. I can't speak highly enough of our experience.“

“Delicious food in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Best burger and fries I have had in awhile, and not just because I had a chance to eat it uninterrupted while my kids enjoyed the ice cream (also top notch). Cozy 50s diner vibes, very family friendly and casual. Service was quick and the place was nice and clean.“
“The food is really good but the sandwiches tend to be on the sloppy side. I wish they took more care when making them, but it doesn't affect the flavor, that's for sure! The new Americana Roast Beef is an absolute WIN! The honey mustard on it really is everything. So delicious!“
“Fries were awesome as usual. I ordered my burger "California" style for a change, lettuce and onions were crisp, tomato was meh, I like my slices way thinner. Overall, the burger was 8.5/10 ( 10/10 for quick service class of restaurant)“
“The food was good and seemed fresh. Small amount of sauces all on one spot all on the bottom side, same side as cheese. The top was dry and made for a very dry burger... most of the way through. Ordering was quick and delivered pretty quickly. Ice cream was great.“
“I got take out tonight and was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service from the Elk River Culver’s. Of course, the food was amazing, but the person who helped us, Isabel, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our food came out swiftly and when bringing the food, she was extremely friendly and our food was in great condition. Isabel was super kind and amazing; I’ll be coming back just for her service in the future.“
“Love Culver's! We went to this location after coming from a trip up north. Everyone was so nice! Clean store! Slightly different than the ones in Plymouth. Would definitely come back. Enjoy my photos. Yes I take photos of the handicapped bathrooms to help others. As adults we get two kids meals. They never deny us this. Our appetites are lower.“
“The food is always hot and fresh, just not usually correct with my alterations. We once spent about 5 minutes trying to get my burger right, but ended up still being wrong. They don’t give napkins out more than 1-2 napkins no matter how big the order is, but not sure if that’s just policy or not. Otherwise, I really enjoy coming here. The staff is really nice and I know they are trying their best! Thank you guys for all your hard work.“
