It took 1.5 hours for my order to be delivered. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half - it wasn't. I ordered a cookie with my meal - didn't get it. I called the store about my wait time and missing cookie. Best they said they could do was give me a $4 store credit for next time (my tip was more than that)! I order from this place all the time; and apparently this is how they treat their loyal customers. Sad day.
Ramsey so far is the best jimmy johns I have had. They followed what I was asking and the sandwich tasted the way I wanted it to . Usually I get a tiny bit of mayo hardly any peppers and tomatoes. Very well done ♡ and as always fast

In anoka on a business trip for work and ordered two nights in a row. Had to wait a little longer than normal for the sandwich the second time BUT when I called and asked them, they explained why! But when the food got here it was amazing!! Love Jimmy John’s!!
