“The two girls tonight (9/26 around 7pm) did an excellent job! They had a difficult customer with a big order, that was also arguing within the group of 3 they were in. The customers just made things awkward. I felt bad for the 2 girls I saw working. They both did a great job on being calm and cooperative with the difficult customers. When it was my turn to order. They made things quick, and easy. Very much appreciated.“

“A nice spot for a deli with plenty of seating for the early lunch group. I had the Ravn and my wife had the Woden. the sandwiches were full of flavor and they were filling. We both ate half there and brought half of the sandwich home. The Bacon Bleu Potato Salad is a must have. Like the sandwiches, it was exploding with flavor. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. It was a great date day lunch.Parking: There is free ramp close to the venue with a small outdoor lot between the two. 3 hour parking on the street is more than enough for lunch and some looking around or shopping.“
“Excellent subs, and a large selection. Their meat is fresh-cut while you wait, and you can watch the whole process. The staff is friendly and professional, and I have never had a bad experience with them.This location still offers curbside pickup, which is really good for me because I have mobility issues. It's also a couple of blocks from HyVee, so I can do my grocery pickup, then head to Jersey Mike's for a sub, all without getting out of my car.“
“Had the #9 giant mikes way. Ordered it with banana peppers, pickles, extra mayo, and relish. The sandwich crafters at this location are artists. I deviated from my usual hot sub under the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed by the delivery of this sandwich. Great foodGreat service“
“We do takeout here occasionally, everyone that works here is always so nice. Easy to order from the app and put in a special request if needed.I have accidentally ordered during peak days and times and shown up early, I just get in line and they will grab your online order and make it for you.“
“Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.“
“The food was exceptionally sensational and the staff are professionally fit to provide adequate food service. Riley went out of his way to make sure that I had the proper toppings and that my bread was crisp. The precise cuts to the bread really show how much they care about properly satisfying everyone that walks through the doors.“

“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. “Bro making me my sandwich was great and explained the difference between the new Disrupter and the discontiuned Eruopter. Unfortunately the new Disrupter paled in comparison to the old Eruopter. Sad to say I probably won't be back since that was my sole reason to come to E&Gs. Please bring it back. Again, shout-out to the dude who made me the lackluster Disrupter, it's not your fault.“
“Love the story of the history of Erbert and Gerbert's and the origins of the unusual sandwich names! Had the Goliath Cheesesteak and was treated to an immense amount of juicy, tender steak and gooey cheese! My partner's Flash had plenty of Italian deli meats too. The do an very original thing with hollowing out a strip of the fresh, delicious bread and placing the strip with your purchase. Which is an excellent idea when you purchase soup or can use it to mop up the sandwich juices! Oh by the way, the Chicken Wild Rice Soup is pretty damn good. Not as good as mine but, waaaay better than I've had in awhile. Well done and we'll definitely be back soon!“
