“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“I order for delivery's from this location frequently through the subway app when I am at work and they are top notch 👌 Door dash drivers have been forgetting my drinks recently, and only one veer went back to get my drinks while the others said tough luck. “Love this Jimmy John’s. The staff are always seriously the nicest. They really go above and beyond. Had an exceptionally great experience with Kit. He was incredibly helpful and kind when they ran out of French bread and was so patient while I called my husband to see if he wanted to wait for fresh bread or just change the bread type and then to call him back. Today I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to get it fixed but I asked for it to be toasted, and they gave it to me cold. :/ It’s usually something less significant than that, but it’s kind of annoying when you are in a rush or if you are picky.“
