“We recently got the phone app for JJ so aren't used to telling the cashier we have it. We were there tonight. It wasn't until after the payment went through that my husband asked me about the free sandwich we were supposed to receive for getting the app. At first they were like sorry it's too late to even get the points for tonight's purchase let alone the sandwich. Then Julia the sandwich maker suggested voiding out the order and re-ringing it to get our points and we even got our free sandwich. Thanks to Julia for her care for her customers!“

“Finding a place where everyone in a family of 4 agrees is nearly impossible. 3 of us wanted a sandwich but my toddler wanted pizza. Asked the gentleman behind the counter to make a flatbread as close to a pepperoni pizza as possible and he completely nailed it! Great service and a happy family. Would recommend.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“Bro making me my sandwich was great and explained the difference between the new Disrupter and the discontiuned Eruopter. Unfortunately the new Disrupter paled in comparison to the old Eruopter. Sad to say I probably won't be back since that was my sole reason to come to E&Gs. Please bring it back. Again, shout-out to the dude who made me the lackluster Disrupter, it's not your fault.“

“My son and I went here on 8/18/24 for a late lunch. It was worth stopping here. Customer service was welcoming, fast and friendly. The servers chatted with us while making our sandwiches. The sandwiches were made just right and tasted yummy. I had the Oven roasted turkey, provolone and toasted. My son had The Beast and toasted. The dining area was clean. I would go back again. Thank you all who were working that afternoon. Keep up the great work!!

“Wow.. jjs did it again with the picklewitch. I’ve seen it all over tiktok lol. When I came in this nice young man made my pickle sammy. He was just as excited as I was when he handed it to me haha. And when I got to my car. It was SO nicely wrapped. So it didn’t all come out like in the videos. If I could post a photo I would… And it was delish. I think just the vibes made it 10/10. Thank you. “I have always had a great experience here!! Never had any issues. In fact, this is the best subway location I’ve been to! The two guys making our subs and on register were super friendly and nice!! He made a delicious sandwich, perfectly how I wanted it!! Everything was so clean! The veggies were so fresh, the line didn’t have any scraps or messes! Thank you to the management and employees that work hard to make it a great experience:) This was yesterday 1/28 at about 7:30-8:30ish.“
