It would be helpful if this locations management staffed more than one employee each shift. Despite the long wait, employees are always nice but thats not fair to short your staff and overwhelm them when there is a rush of people.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“
