Great staff. Very clean. Had the chicken bacon ranch wrap. Was one of the best wraps, that I've have ever eaten. Fresh food. :) definitely will come back. Thank you :)

This is my favorite restaurant now. The food is fantastic and the staff is outgoing. I highly recommend this potbelly location.
Every time I visit this location, it gets worse. I love potbelly subs, but if this location closed down, it would be for the best. The beverage area was trashed. No iced tea and no specialty drinks. The pop machine which was disgusting with fruit flies buzzing around the machine. The AC is cranked up so high that it is freezing inside the restaurant. The food was good though so I felt justified in spending $60 but in the future, I’ll probably visit Jersey Mike’s.

Potbelly offers always great food with generous portions of healthy filling sandwiches, including the turkey ago and Chicken Bacon Ranch wraps, plus Oatmeal CC cookies. The staff are kind and friendly, with team members like Kailee, Samma, and Dom providing awesome customer service, paying attention to detail, and having good energy. However, this location is almost always dirty; the drink area is always a sticky mess, tables are filled with crumbs and sticky, and iced tea has been unavailable for the last 4 visits. Do not order on the app, as orders are delayed behind in-person customers. Despite these cleanliness issues, the great food and great crew make customers want to return and frequent for all sub needs, preferring it to Subway or Quiznos.
