I got the Newyorkino as it was something new to try. The taste was not bad but wasn't anything spectacular. The main problem is that this sandwich cost $12 to be the size that it was. It was the size of a regular sandwich made with sliced bread. Damn I feel duped for this. I also got a salad to complement the sandwich and I am disappointed with both size and flavor. Here, I opted for a blue cheese salad with candies pecans and apples. The dressing of comes with is extremely shower. You can get a full meal for the same price. I suggest skip the sandwich unless you can afford it.“

No matter how busy they are they like to make sure each customer is well taken care of, and the food is delicious and never rushed!They have a rotating menu so while it’s a smaller menu it’s mighty, and if nothing is calling your name just take a look the next week. They do 1/4 hot dogs called Wolf Dogs which are SO filling and it’s always fun to see what flavors they go with it - they rock the Chicago dog! We’ve done takeout many times and the paninis stay nice and crispy and don’t get that dreaded soggy sandwich if you finish it later.“

“Bad day? I’m giving 4 stars but it was a 3 star experience. I went in and ordered the only thing I ever order (yeah, I’m one of those guys). They then called out a sandwich and I ignored it as it wasn’t mine. He said this is you. I said is it a big kahuna? He said no a chipotle is what you ordered. I said not even a slight chance. He turned around and threw the sandwich to a back counter and had a small fit. Told one of the other employees I told him the wrong sandwich (almost got me heated up). The sandwich was great, as usual. Service is usually great. I’m giving 4 instead of 3 because a bad day shouldn’t hurt the business. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Getting in the parking area from the west side sucks so drive to the south enter and exit there otherwise you might have to drive all the way around the back side. Clean bathrooms, sandwiches are stuffed full and plenty of seating when you dine in. The drive through is funky, not well thought out. I always ask to cut my sandwich in half and 99 times out of 100 they do on delivery.So not a bad experience, I do recommend Jimmy John's“

The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism.
