“I don't usually leave reviews, but they did right by us so I will. We had ordered 2 sandwiches online and stopped in to pick them up. It was busier than I've ever seen it. My sandwich was fine, but the second one was missing a few things. So I brought it back and they made it again. This location is good, and they have friendly service as well.“

“I worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, from an associate to an assistant manager. So, I have semi high standards for JJs locations, especially if I’m going to pay for it when I used to get free meals. Anyway! I’ve ordered this location to my new workplace multiple times and it’s been stellar. The bread is great, the sandwich is how I would make it if I was on the line, it’s been fairly quick too. The only time I ever had my delivery take longer than 20 minutes was when I ordered something on wheat after lunch rush, they were out, and couldn’t get ahold of me. (not for lack of trying though, they called me I was just in a meeting)
People are too hard on food workers these days without having any real knowledge of how much more difficult it is now. I’ll stand by this location.“

“I arrived a few minutes earlier than my online order was to be ready. After standing there for a couple of minutes and watching how busy the employees were, one of them communicated with me and apologized for the wait. I could clearly see one was slicing meat, one was cleaning, one was tending to taking orders and two were prepping and assembling the sandwiches. I appreciated the communication and I know times are hard. Thank you for all you do!“

“Hands down my favorite spot for breakfast and lunch. The most authentic East Coast deli experience to be found in MPLS — only made better with an incredible Midwestern family-style customer service. Whenever I'm craving the comfort of a pastrami sandwich or potato salad (seriously, don't miss this), need to boost my morning with a power breakfast sandwich, or feel the need to health it up with a Southwest Turkey Wrap, I bee-line for Brothers. “I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“I had an order mistake recently that Ahmed, the general manager, and his team took ownership of and comped my full next meal I appreciate an individual franchise taking this kind of ownership and really making a great experience in the end.

My meal was evenn on fresh-baked bread that was still warm; an experience I've never had at any Jimmy Johnson's until today.

I'm rarely here during regularly lunch hour, but it's good to know their dining space has an airy feel with a view over 2nd Avenue.“
