The nice young lady there was sweet and nice service with a smile with all the negative reviews she is the bright light for that location she needs a raise (as my daughter says) and the day shift or a reward keep up the good work sunshine ❤️
It's usually pretty quick to get service, but it as a location also seems to have problems every time I'm in. Previously, i saw employees not wearing masks during covid-19, and have gotten the wrong product on pickup orders, but today was the last straw. I had an employee try to hustle me, claiming a steak footlong sandwich only comes with 1 portion tray of meat, when that's clearly a lie and not the case other subway places. Hire some more people - I feel bad for the poor dude having to work by himself and having to deal with people yelling about the line being so long. Dude was handling it like a champ.
