Shake Shack Maple Grove offers a great environment and kid-friendly atmosphere with cartoons playing on TVs. The menu features high-quality burgers, including the Korean BBQ burger, Smoke Shack burger with bacon cheese fries, and the truffle burger, as well as great hotdogs. While prices are on the higher side for fast food, the food is made to order and served hot and fresh. Some customers noted that the food could be better put together for the price, with issues like the lettuce wrap being more lettuce than burger and fries not always being fresh. However, the fries are better than McDonald's, and the custard ice cream is highly praised.
