I really enjoy the hot sandwiches potbelly offers at other locations. I have only ever been through the drive through at other locations. I walk in for the first time and I am treated like an inconvenience as a customer. A little older lady "helped" me which was more like rolling of eyes and general unfriendliness. I will not be coming back to this location as it appears that they do not want customers.

My boss wanted to buy my coworkers and I lunch, went online and ordered for everyone. The food was delivered, had coworkers order sprite but when I opened the bag it was all Coke. My soup was cold, and a coworker ordered double meat and did not get it. Called to speak with the manager who rudely let me know they were out of sprite and instead of calling to see what to substitute it for they just grabbed coke. I was in the area and had a craving for a sandwich. I don't get potbelly very often but after coming to this location I don't think I will in a long time. I ordered ahead and walked over; I want to point out that this was early, before the lunch rush. I got to Potbelly when the app said my food would be ready and ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes even though it was not busy.
