Ordered the classic pulled pork with slaw It was very good and priced right
Food (subs) are good! The people were all friendly but the set up on how the meals get put together was clunky. A family of 4 ahead of us took a very long time as the person taking the order was also responsible for putting the base parts of the sandwich together.
I have hearing loss and the fans were so loud the person I was with had to tell me what was being asked.
Be careful there is an unhighlighted change in elevation which I tripped on!

Potbelly's has really helpful friendly and warm staff that are there to help make you feel at home and get you terrific food the atmosphere is fun and well decorated although the restaurant was rather cold.
