First time here. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and you could tell he knew the menu well. The two gentlemen who made our food were friendly. When you're in a smaller restaurant, I don't really want to hear the employees conversations - this wasn't an issue, everyone was respectful! The GF roll was great, the white bread roll was amazing, even the kids grilled cheese was tasty. Both my kiddos said the pickle was the cherry on top! A great first experience, thank you!

1st time at firehouse subs. I am gluten and dairy free. Had the Italian on gluten free bun. It was 10/10!! Bun was good too, didn't fall apart.

Just had the best customer service I’ve received at a food or retail establishment in a long time. There were 3 people working and all of them were friendly, helpful, and an all had a smile on their faces. It’s been years since I’ve been there so I didn’t know what I wanted, they welcomed me back & helped me with my sandwich choice. I ended up going with the seasonal pork & slaw sandwich, it was way better than I imagined. It was very early lunch so there were only 2 of us in there, but one of the staff members asked each of us by name how our experience was. Kudos to everyone working there that day, it was a breath of fresh air to be in such a friendly welcoming environment! I’ll be frequenting them more often!

Pleasantly surprised trying Firehouse Subs. It was clean, staff was super friendly, food came out quick and was really good. Only downfall of this place is that there is limited seating.
