“I don't go often, but it amazes me how passionate your workers are! I went in about a few days ago and one worker in particular, Madison I believe her name was did a mouth-dropping job! She was very polite and the food was made swiftly and with the quickness! Definitely will start going more often. Also whatever you tell your workers, keep doing it because it was so nice and clean, to the point of wanting to eat off the floors! Well maybe not that far.. Definitely will recommended this location to friends and family.“

“I stopped at the Subway in Delano, MN today and was helped by the nicest guy ever! I asked his name (Jace) so that I could give him some kudos in a nice Google review. He was SO patient with all of my indecisiveness and in answering my questions, and he also did a really good job of promoting some of the newer items on the menu, like the foot long pretzel and the foot long cookie... (YUM!) He also made sure to ask if I needed a drink, because I hadn't ordered one initially. Having been in management for my entire career, I would hands down hire this kid in an instant and Subway very is lucky to have him. A+ for customer service!“

“This was the first time we tried the Jimmy John’s in Monticello. Probably the best sandwich shop around, no matter the city. We ordered our food online through the jimmy johns app. It speeded up our order cause when we arrived the drive thru seemed backed up. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my wife ordered the tuna sandwich. Tasty sandwiches and good customer service.“
