Okay, I popped into this shop when I was toolin' 'round Uptown the other day. I really liked the one they have/had? downtown. Really, I wasn't hungry (what? it is kind of a shock to me, too). But I really needed a restroom, which is like striking crude oil here in the middle of Uptown. I just bought a two dollar bag of chips and took a quick look around. Potbelly's is better than Subway and you can't change my mind.The quality of ingredients are always fresh and crisp, yum!Really loving the pumpkin shake, it really scratches that PSL itchThe employees here (as with every Potbelly's I have been to) are always upbeat and seem to truly work as a team.Pricing is comparable to other Sub places but quality and size are better.Keep up the great work

I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself.
