Stopped in before they closed, thought we had ample time at 8:45 for a quick to go sandwich before they closed at 9pm. The guy working was great and welcoming, the woman making the sandwiches honestly made me wish I went else where, she wasn’t helpful and was completely rude and disgruntled. I’ll go somewhere else in the future..but I hope my sandwich is good.

I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!

Okay, I popped into this shop when I was toolin' 'round Uptown the other day. I really liked the one they have/had? downtown. Really, I wasn't hungry (what? it is kind of a shock to me, too). But I really needed a restroom, which is like striking crude oil here in the middle of Uptown. I just bought a two dollar bag of chips and took a quick look around. While scarfing on the chips, I managed to score a key to the toilet. They gave me one securely attached to a stainless steel measuring cup. Classy! I wonder if they expected that I would return it filled with something... Anyway, classy place. I would rather get a sandwich here than stop at Jimmy Johnson's or Jersey Mike's; two white bread, six to twelve menu prefabs with half a dozen toppings. The staff here were attentive and kind. Next time I get a bug-up-my-butt to grab a sandwich, I will surely stop here! I had some pictures. One of a really cool vent/intake/heating/cooling/whatever tube dressed up like a submarine. Sadly, I had to re-set one of two operating systems on my 'puter so erased or otherwise managed to send it into another dimension. If you stop by, look for it.

Went to the uptown location and got the Sicilian and Italian sandwiches and my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from them. Maybe try a different location.

Everything I ordered came with about half the ingredients, sandwich wasn't toasted, soup was missing all ingredients too. Just because they can't see the customer they decided they can screw people over. Bad service and bad quality.

Great sandwiches and good prices.

Amazing place and food! I accidentally ordered from other location and they were able to make sandwiches for me without driving.

Potbelly's is better than Subway and you can't change my mind. The quality of ingredients are always fresh and crisp, yum!Really loving the pumpkin shake, it really scratches that PSL itchThe employees here (as with every Potbelly's I have been to) are always upbeat and seem to truly work as a team.Pricing is comparable to other Sub places but quality and size are better.Keep up the great work

First time stopping by. The food is real good. I was a little lost so would have wish the interaction was a little more friendly. I had no clue what to order. Never had tried potbelly Sandwiches but overall reading the signs helped.

This is normally the location from which I order because I spend time volunteering a block away. Getting a sandwich here is a reward to myself for the service I have done. Although I did my volunteer work today, I avoided this location and went to the one in IDS instead. The last time I was here I ordered the Chicken Club and added onions to the sandwich. I don't know who chopped the onion, but they were huge pieces of onion which, in my opinion, was unacceptable. A sandwich should have onion slices/rings, not the ginormous chunks that were on the sandwich I received from you. I got a fork to eat the onions because the kept falling out of the sandwich. I ordered at the IDS location today because it is one the way home, but didn't have the onions added. I didn't want to run into the same situation again. If preparing the onions in chopped manner is a company standard/policy for food preparation it is unacceptable. I'll go back to Subway where they know how to treat an onion right.

Ordered a sandwich with mayo and oil, no mayo nor oil was put in it. As a result the sandwich was too dry. Furthermore there was some sort of pepper mix in with the lettuce, which was disgusting. I'm willing to give the location a second try but I wasn't impressed.

The best staff. I enjoy stopping there..always leave with a smile or laughing. Good price sandwich and soup 10 dollars. Consistently good. Andres..is hilarious. One time they ran out of orange fanta on the fountain...so he grabbed an orange crush from the fridge and put a piece of tape on it that said fanta as a joke. As a restaurant manager myself it is the little things that make spaces shine.the staff do that.

It's a little hard to park and get to the Maple Grove location but the whole mall is like that. Parking is just a little odd. Once inside it's warm and welcoming. The staff here are very friendly. The menu has lots of customization options and they are very careful to get it right for you. Liked my food!
