I absolutely love this location! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The guy who took my order was super sweet and made the experience even better. Great customer service! 💕
Can't say much about ordering in person but I work just down the street, literally 2 minutes. 10/10 with this Jimmy John's location very rarely and I mean RARELY have they ever gotten my order wrong, which they're human it happens from time to time! They're always incredibly fast with delivering and I always have nice interactions with their staff when they drop off my order. My coworkers and I order from this spot at least once a week!
Normally my orders are fine, quality has gone down but that's the case everywhere. Last night delivery was worse. Opened a bag of chips and wondered why they tasted so gross and stale. Looked at the bottom and the bag was delivered opened and has been open for god knows how long. 🤢 Better quality checks needed.
