Maybe secure the toilet seat?!
The lady manager on duty today needs a refresher on customer service. She made a mistake and had an attitude when she remade my food. I wouldn't expect that behavior coming from a manager.
Family just ordered food. All the portions were tiny, and this location seems incapable of seasoning their ingredients. Check out this hilarious burrito.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the downtown area has made a great comeback with hot, fresh Fajitas and generous portions. The staff is friendly and personable, going above and beyond, even when close to closing time. However, there have been negative experiences with slow service, dried out proteins, and lack of ingredients like salad lettuce and proper dressing. The dining room cleanliness was also lacking, with dirty tables and slow response to customer needs. Despite these issues, the restaurant has shown improvement in food quality and service, but there are still areas that need attention to provide a better dining experience for customers.
This particular Chipotle tends to be understaffed with high employee turnover, so the food quality can vary quite a bit, but most of the time the food is still the usual great stuff. It is also a very busy Chipotle, and the food is usually ready about 10 minutes after the order time if you order ahead for pickup. Parking is hard to find.
Seeing lots of people complaining about portion sizes, but ironically this is the biggest burrito the customer has ever been served. Service was fast too. All tasted as it should. The customer was pleasantly surprised, as they expected worse from the reviews.
On Saturday 01/04 at about 4:45 pm, the two ladies working on making the customer's bowl and checking them out were the nicest and best service the customer has ever gotten at Chipotle! They were so amazing and personable!
