Ordered 1 burrito, 1 bowl and 2 chips and queso.Got 2 bowls. Missing lettuce, cheese, corn, sour cream. 1 bowl was not even half full.Oh and they threw an opened queso so it was spilled all over the bag.

I’ve never written a review before but this place got me here because it’s probably the worst Chipotle in the nation. They mess up the order every single time or don’t have the ingredients to complete an order. The place is messy and the service is horrendous. They’ll just look at you and ignore you

I've been to Chipotle a lot over the course of my life and I door dash so I've been to just about every Chipotle in Minneapolis so I feel qualified to say this is consistently the worst in the Twin Cities. That's a shame for me personally because this is my neighborhood option and I would be here all the time if it was competently run. Instead I have to head downtown or to the U if I'm really determined.Food is frequently old/not available, employees are apathetic and unhelpful (although there are a few decent ones that keep this place from completely imploding), missing the basic utensils, extremely slow service and the dining area in constant disarray. This place has to be in the bottom 1% of national Chipotles.I'm not one to go crazy with the negative reviews, but I'm posting this one because I truly just want them to get better as they're positioned in a great location and they could do so much better for both themselves and the locals in the neighborhood.

The staff here is great, they were friendly and personable. Even though we arrived close to closing, the cook brought up fresh rice for us. They all seemed to enjoy their job and working together, and it showed. This is a good chipotle ??

This is by far the worst Chipolte location to go to and order from. I got an order today for delivery (WD8-6AB), and I can confirm that I found several pieces of CHICKEN in my chips and queso side (which btw, they forgot the chips for and the queso was cold). We also got a quesadilla, which had no cheese in it, and a rice bowl, with rice that was very overcooked. Every time I have ordered from this location the food quality is horrendous. I tried to work the issues out with chipolte's AI, but they stated they "already resolved the issue" by giving me only a new code for chips and queso when the ENTIRE MEAL was horrible. Look for a different Chipolte if you can.

Just got chipotle now and the rice is incredibly undercooked to the point that it's not edible. I never put reviews up but this is just so tiring and a waste of my time and money. Please train your workers how to fully cook the rice.

I got a salad and chips which is my go to! It’s the smallest helpings I’ve ever had. The chips were minimal (10 chips maybe) and stale.The person helping me did not smile once (which is fine lunch rush maybe tired) but also everything I asked for seemed to be too much work for her. When I was checking out the cashier walked away after I had paid but didn’t say your good to go, give a receipt nothing… for the location this should be managed a little better and could be a top chipotle
