The overall customer service here is great. I only had an issue once and management went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. The employees here have been great. Our family will definitely keep coming back here and I recommend this location in particular to everyone!
Good bagels, but the employees are kind of lacking communication skills and efficiency. Also we came on a Sunday morning and the manager was not very friendly to another customer for no particular reason. Yikes.

We went on New Year's Day, and boy was it busy. This was made worse by a staff shortage. Despite this, the crew did a great job keeping up, and once our order was in it was prepared relatively quickly. Probably 45 minutes total?Bagels were solid, with many different types to choose from. I had an everything bagel sandwich, and tried the rosemary-something bagel. Both good.
