I have a dairy allergy so I ordered my bagel with peanut butter, no cream cheese. I saw the person start to scoop cream cheese so I caught him and said no cream cheese only peanut butter. He said I can’t slather peanut butter. And then he covered the bagel with cream cheese. This would have been fine if he then made me a new bagel. He didn’t. He sorta scraped off most but not nearly all of the cream cheese off. Wrapped it up, put it in the bag and sent me with the bagel.Dietary restrictions: Best to just not even go here if they don’t respect allergies to this degree.

Used to come in all the time. No problems. First time coming now in about a year, and there were several issues:1. They seem pretty apathetic there. Walked in with no line, saw one guy doing some food prep in the back and three more (including the manager) sitting in the back room just chilling. Waited 5 minutes before speaking up and asking if they're open, then someone finally comes up to help.2. I got an egg sandwich and it was served cold. I mean cmon that's nasty, just raw bagel and a lukewarm egg.3. I go back over and let them know it's not toasted and they pretend it's not supposed to be toasted. Really? An egg sando with bacon is supposed to be cold? Even so I check my tone and say "okay, can I order something else then?" And the guy serving me calls back the manager (who's apparently the only one there who does transactions) and I go back to the till to wait and order again.4. I wait another 2 minutes. Nobody comes. I see the online orders spewing out the printer, and three of them messing around in the back again. I just left, went to Chipotle.

We went on New Year's Day, and boy was it busy. This was made worse by a staff shortage. Despite this, the crew did a great job keeping up, and once our order was in it was prepared relatively quickly. Probably 45 minutes total?Bagels were solid, with many different types to choose from. I had an everything bagel sandwich, and tried the rosemary-something bagel. Both good. Prices were decent as well.Small seating area, but we were able to cram in and enjoy our breakfast.Parking: Busy area, street parking is not free and neither are the lots and garages.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open space

Busy day and short staffed, but the three people who were there were grinding. The lead was talking up her people and everyone did a great job. 10/10

The overall customer service here is great. I only had an issue once and management went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. The employees here have been great. Our family will definitely keep coming back here and I recommend this location in particular to everyone!

Most Brueggers are pretty consistent with their food but this brueggers has the best service. The workers are always on top of it and very friendly.

Why can’t I sit down. COVID? Seriously if I’m willing to risk my life for a bagel, I should be able to sit down .stop the stupidity it’s not science.

Came here in the morning for a bagel for the first time, waited in front of 4 busy employees putting together massive amounts of orders (understand they were busy but) and wasn't acknowledged after 10 minutes staring and quietly smiling at them so I left. I think you can at least acknowledge a customer and tell them it will be a minute. But realistically, there were 2 people in the place and maybe you can treat walk-ins better and one person can pause to take an order. Or, just shut the door and force app/phone orders and save yourself overhead and poor customer service.

Got my bagel order (just a bagel and cream cheese) wrong which is totally understandable. I went back in and they were kind enough to remake it but got it wrong again.

All indoor seating is gone. I don’t know why. Don’t go here looking to sit down.
