“We had the best experience ever at the Red Cow. It started with the hostess telling us she would take care of us even though we didn't have a reservation. Making eye contact with a genuine smile. Rare. Delicious food, excellent, attentive wait staff and the chef even made an appearance in the dining room. Did a quick walk through smiling at his customers as he went through. “Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. “I've always wanted to go, Finally went yesterday took my wife and her parents. I wanted to try everything on the menu but settled on a burger and shake. The four us came to $80 The food was great the service even better we took a slice of pie home. I feel I didn't tip out waitress enough, Sorry. “Food was good but the staff must not understand English or something. Ordered food and when it was brought out the staff did not clearly explain which order was what. When we asked they looked at us like we were stupid. We tried to tell them something was wrong and they told us they were just going to charge us extra to make up for their error. Found that very suspect. Also the turkey sausage is not turkey sausage it is actually cut up pieces of a real turkey 🤣“

“Never had a bad burger here. Went in yesterday, St Patrick’s day and it was so busy. We got our food to go, it was quick and service was great. Love this spot.“

“Alright, so after a few visits, here’s what I’ve experienced:

Smash burger is amazing; it’s basically all I’ve ordered for at least 8 visits now.

Seven out of eight visits have been great, with just one exception.

Here’s why they don't get the fifth star:

Seat Yourself is fine; I don't mind it. However;

I came in with two business associates I had told about the awesome smash burger.

It was full on a Friday 07/17, with nowhere to sit. The heat of the day was gone, and the patio was in the shade.

We were standing awkwardly while waiting for a table, and not one staff member said hello. I asked if we could sit on the patio and was told no, even after I pointed out it wasn’t that hot anymore, there was shade, and no seating inside. It felt like I was told it wasn’t my problem and was blown off.

So, I can only assume this place is so successful that they don't bother with customer service and make so much money that common-sense solutions to problems in making that money don't matter to the owners.

Also I was a little embarrassed that happened after I talked the place up.

“Stopped in with daughter’s volleyball team after a tournament. They did a wonderful job accommodating all of the girls and parents! The food was hot and fresh and very tasty! Love the seasoned fries!“
