He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. “I have visited MyBurger in Eden Prairie at least six times, but my most recent visit (4/28) was truly a standout, solely due to the exceptional service provided by Joshua. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with such genuine warmth and respect. I brought a coworker for her very first visit, and Joshua’s kind, funny, and happy demeanor made her feel immediately welcome.His professionalism was matched by his attentiveness; he was quick and prompt with our order, yet still made a point to double-check on us while we were eating in the dining space. This level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. To top it off, when my coworker accidentally left an item behind, Joshua went above and beyond by noticing it, keeping it safe, and returning it to her the moment we came rushing back.The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and while the price point is definitely on the higher side ($14 for a burger and fries), Joshua's incredible service was so stellar that it almost made me forget about the cost. “if you want a fair game of bingo don't come here! The rules are clear on the packet #5 that you must call bingo loud enough for the bingo employees to hear you(not your table or the people around you) rule #6 says You must call bingo on the last number called.The last number is valid until the letter of the next ball is called. This organization did not honor the rules that they have in place. They honored a bingo from the number before. The caller even called the gambling manager who gave the ok to pay the winner who did NOT have the bingo on the last number. It's a shame that this organization doesn't follow the their own bingo rules and I won't recommend or be back be back until things change“

I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!

Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.

Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“
