We always go to Matt’s when my brother is in town as it’s literally his favorite place. Burgers are always great and it’s always busy! Love to see a neighborhood staple continue to thrive.This place is cash only but do have an ATM. Limited seating so make sure your entire group is there when it’s your turn to grab a table.
Being new to the Twin Cities, I've been searching for a good juicy lucy. Have now had to try 3 places to get a well prepared juicy lucy and this one was it. Tried Blue Door, the Nook and now Matt's and this one was by far the best properly made (didnt lose all its cheese before reaching the table) and tasting of the three.

We were recommended this place by a local and told to try the Juicy Lucy. Being from the Midwest, we hadn't heard of such a burger, BUT that didn't stop us. This local gem was absolutely amazing food was hot and fast, the place was packed but moved pretty quickly. Definitely will be back.
