“My boyfriend and I go to this particular Perkins almost every weekend and with our very busy schedules, often order it to go during the week for dinner. The food is always hot, service always fast and very friendly and it's consistent. We know what to expect. However, a few nights ago we ordered to go and they missed part of our order. When my boyfriend called to let them know we were missing some of the food, they were extremely apologetic and offered to give us a credit. We live close by, so we opted to go back and pick up the missing items. Gloria was amazing and had the food ready to go for us and went above to make it right.

For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.

We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.

The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.

I needed a dessert for a Mexican themed birthday party for 16 people and she recommended the Tres Leche cake. I picked it up the next day before the party and it was the hit of the party!!!
