For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.

We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.

The manager on duty, let us take the cookies and trusted that I had the correct amount on the gift card.

“I debated leaving this review, but I think others might feel the same. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t want to tank the overall rating but honestly, that doesn't reflect my personal experience or that of my friends.

Charging $5 for a single cookie just feels... off. Even accounting for overhead, the actual cost to make one cookie is way* less than $5. That kind of markup feels excessive- especially right now, when so many of us are being nickel-and-dimed from every direction.

I was genuinely excited to have a cookie shop nearby to satisfy those “I just want one good chocolate chip cookie” cravings. But at $5 each, the cookie would need to be exceptional. Instead, it tasted more like something factory-made than homemade, and my friends and I even wondered if they’re baked in-house at all.
Disappointing, to say the least. A more reasonable price could turn this place into a local gem. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.“

“We found our new donut go to! Unlike other places, they have a great selection here, and it was ALL SO DELICIOUS! Other than our box of donuts, we even tried the BLT & strawberry banana smoothie, which was also super good! We are so happy to find a new donut hook up that isn't too far of a drive, but also delivers great customer service to their patrons. I heard of this place from a facebook group where many individuals recommended them, so I am glad we gave them a try and now we can recommend them as well. 💖✨️“

“Fantastic and delicious cake! I came to LaBamba based on great reviews and those reviews are 100% good!!! I needed a dessert for a Mexican themed birthday party for 16 people and she recommended the Tres Leche cake. I picked it up the next day before the party and it was the hit of the party!!! Soooo good! I’ve also purchased other items from them and it’s all been very good. The people who work here are so nice. I’ll be a regular customer for all sorts of things there, now. I also highly recommend the Caramel Sea Salt cookies - you won't be disappointed! The caramel roll was great too - not to sweet which is how I like them. Waitress was not “happy” to serve in the restaurant area, and then definitely not willing to offer a pleasant conversation over the phone for an online/delivery order. I wish the employees would have been a little bit more customer friendly and then I could give a better rating.“
