Bittner's is a classic, old-school bakery. They have a great selection of donuts and the donut holes are the best I've ever had. We stop in a couple times a month at least and usually take the goodies a couple doors down to Shakopee Brewhall to enjoy with our coffee.
We catered cupcakes and a little cake for our wedding reception from Bittner’s, and they were absolutely amazing! Everything from the planning process to eating the cupcakes the night of was perfect. Lauri is awesome, would highly recommend using them for your wedding, and just in general!

Amazing donuts! Especially if you think grocery store donuts are any good, you are in for a treat. This bakery also participates with Too Good To Go, an app working to eliminate food waste. Definitely worth a stop in if you haven't been to this neighborhood gem before.
