“My new favorite authentic Mexican snack place, I live in Shakopee and when I found out about this place I was ecstatic to try it. Very tasty mangonada perfect for summer time treats. Love the esquites very flavorful. For delectable treats I highly suggest this place.“
“Been a few times for beer but this time I came for coffee and to do some work. It was a really chill place to come work and I love that they've got bottomless drip coffee; just need to pop back up to the bar to grab a refill. Everyone I've talked to there has been super helpful and friendly. Always willing to answer any questions and give recommendations. They've got some pastries from Brittner's next door, standard bar snacks, and N/A options. Only open until 12 on Mondays but you can always roll straight from coffee to beer depending on how your day's going! They hold a lot of events and fundraisers for local groups, which is awesome to see. Their beer is good and it's a great change of pace from the trendy, industrial-chic spots I normally get to. Will probably add this coffee shop to my regular remote work rotation.“
“Always a fun time. They have remodeled and expanded again. A great bowling alley with a large arcade, bar, stage, bands, softball, volleyball, kickball... its a full entertainment complex. The food is good, staff is great at service and just a bit cranky until you get them to relax, understandable! All kinds of kids, grownup and corporate parties going on. Have fun! Great place.“
“Food was very good, had squash which I don't see at a lot of mexican restaurants! Good cilantro sauce as well! Very expensive! Service really lacked, never even got water, didn't get things we asked for, had ta hunt down server to say theymessed up my order, then when u pay it's on their phone thing or something and the tip is already added and they hold the pay thing so they expect a good tip while they watch what u put in. But service was not great!Vegetarian options: U just hafta ask to remove the meat, still get charged for the price of meat but not really vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They have a GF menu I think, I'm allergic to much more and they did work with it.“
“Unfortunately couldn't capture a photo because we ate the food so fast!We ordered the gyro, waslad, and boy we could not have been happier with our meal. The spices, tenderness, and how they fried their food could not have been more perfect. Their sauces are spicy yet not overwhelming. I'm surprised I haven't heard of this place, it should be on everyone's hot list for the Twin Cities.“
“One of the best MN distilleries, IMO. Every spirit I've had is smooth and well balanced. Their blue agave tequila is one of my favorites and something I drink in the rocks. Tried their spiced rum today and it's just as good. Not overly sweet or cloying like a lot of rums can be. Nice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and anise. The taproom is really laid back but can get loud and hard to hear folks you're talking with. The service of amazing and ordering by QR core at the table makes everything really smooth. They've got some bar snacks and Heggies of you don't want to order in. Their cocktails are all well balanced, strong, and not overly sweet. It's one of my favorite places to grab a drink since it's not pretentious like a lot of other cities lounges or "rustic" like you get in the country. Just a lot of people looking to have a drink or two and get some good conversation.“
“I'd give 10 stars if I could. Mousse is worth the trip to the charming area of downtown Jordan. Everything is made in house. The tastings are generous and it's family friendly. My daughter loved the popcorn I recently purchased their Sparkling Wine Advent calendar. Wow. For $160 you get 13 bottles of all kinds of their sparkling wines. It's packaged cute for gifts. I gifted a couple but have been slowly indulging myself with the nightly treat. They are mostly dry which I prefer. Next time I'm getting 2 calendar!“
“Great brewery set up right on Lake Minnetonka. They have a good selection of IPA and 8 other beers of varying style. The taproom is cozy and situated quasi-restaurant style. Staff was prompt and friendly on my visit. There was also a Voyageur Sauna onsite during my visit. Matt the Sauana Steward was simply amazing. Knowledgeable about temperature therapy, and beer, snd engaging. I for sure want to check them out in the spring/summer to watch the boats pull up. And also want to come and watch a Vikings game on their outdoor screen on the patio.“
“Our first time stopping at this location as we passed through while traveling. James from the second we walked in was an absolute class act! Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. The Bulldog and Shih Tzu did not disappoint! Huge dogs, loaded with toppings and the bread was delicious! Thank you James and Dog Park we will be back!“
“A cosy brewery where you can sit down with your buds and enjoy every sip. They have a good variety of beers on tap and few seasonal ones as well. You can have free popcorns on the side to enjoy with your beers. They have limited seating for up to around 10 tables, so chose a not so busy time to go there and make the most of it. ?“
“I met up with some friends to do the wine and tarot card reading event for Halloween night. Tickets had to be pre-purchased. Located in a small business strip with a shared parking lot. When we got there we sat at an high table and ordered some wine glasses and snacks sold at the wine room while waiting for our readings. Wine and food was good. Overall experience was fun and I'd like to come Back and try other menu items too.“
“Great coffee spot for working remotely. Has an industrial feel with high ceilings. Quiet and clean. Enjoyed my ham and cheese scone from Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe. It was tasty and fresh. Met a friend for coffee and this was the perfect spot located off Excelsior Blvd in Excelsior.“
“Great customer service from the moment we walked in. Very personable and came and checked on us before he left. Food was great! Glad we stopped in today. I also have never seen a restaurant have a sauce bar, and we loved that!Kid-friendliness: My kid is as able to get up and walk around and felt comfortable with him standing and being a toddler“
“Had never been here before, stopped in for a burger. Ordered a Smoke Jumper Burger and was hugely impressed by how good it was. The lady working at the front desk was also very friendly and her service was perfect. Very very reasonably priced for the quality of the food and experience.“
“Best frozen custard I've ever had! It wasn't too sweet like others I've had before. They had quite a few options, I had the hot fudge sundae with banaa and my hubs had the banana split. The workers were all teens and they were super friendly and helpful. Parking spot is small because there is a drive thru (DRIVE THRU FOR FROZEN CUSTARD!! BRILLIANT!). Line went fast though. Wish we had this in the Bay Area. Wish we had better behaved teens with strong work ethic in the Bay Area. LOL! Cause these teens who work here would be a great example. You need to definitely head over to this spot. Great service and the best FROZEN CUSTARD!“
“I was here for a breakfast meeting. It was excellent. I had scrambled eggs and an excellent, fresh rosted coffee. The meeting room is quiet and well equipped. In the shop you find small exhibitions of local artists that make the atmosphere cozy. You can buy artworks in the shop. The staff is very friendly and served us quickly.“
“We had a large group for brunch on a Sunday. Staff was accommodating of the little ones - even brought some toys over for them which was a nice surprise. Great service, great food, we’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: We had three kids under 8 in our group, very accommodating.“
“Munkabeans Coffeehouse in Hopkins has a warm, fresh, homemade feel. From the blueberry muffins cooling on the counter to the local artists’ work displayed on the walls, the coffee shop has a neighborhood vibe that is very inviting. My husband ordered a Cinnabon Latte coffee and shared a sip with me. It was so good, I ordered my own. I also purchased some of the available artwork for sale. ❤️“
“Very inviting place. Nice open floor and very clean. Service is amazing and the beers they make are some of the best around. Nice snacks available as well. Always a fun experience when you go. Definitely one of the better places to go to. So much fun to be here. Even got to see some dogs joining the place. Outside seating is also fun. Looking for a nice place to meet friends at lunch it is a great choice.“
“Visited Boom Island Brewing Company and Taproom for their Lord of the Rings Night and it was an unforgettable experience! The dedication to cosplay transformed the place, making it feel as though we'd stepped right into Middle-earth. The theme-appropriate music was the cherry on top. I was there for 5 hours, and even though I missed the trivia, I had a fantastic time. It's worth noting they host trivia every Thursday at 6:30 pm, which I'll definitely not miss next time. The atmosphere was inviting, their kombucha was delicious, and the Hana Bistro food truck was top-notch. Highly recommend for an immersive themed evening!“
“Excelsior Brewing is now one of the best breweries in the twin cities. I used to think their beers were just ok, but they have seriously stepped up their game in the past couple of years. The strawberry cream ale, spiced dark ale (can’t remember the exact name!) and their s’mores beer are unique and tasty. Their location in excelsior is great and their trivia night on Thursdays is super fun. Don’t always head to Minneapolis for great beer- Excelsior is where it’s at!!!!“
“Our first time here. So charming and very friendly atmosphere. Our server practically read my mind this evening. She was amazing. The food was wonderful but our steaks could have used some salt/flavor but cooked perfectly. We will return because we really enjoyed our experience ?“
“The self-pour experience went much better than I expected. I poured 10oz hazy IPAs, which was fine, because I can always pour a few more oz if I want to. A few oz of Bear'leywine.? No problem.Eclectic food choices, with many meatless choices. Pizza crust was soft, but burnt on the bottom. Servers were very helpful.“
“Marybeth was an incredible waitress and made sure we knew everything about where the food was sourced and her recommendations. They have nothing but absolutely delicious locally-sourced food, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. You can tell so much care, thought and intention goes into the food here.We were a group of 12 and we were able to sit all together for my birthday.“
“We were so impressed with the food at Pub 819. My husband said his veggie burger was very tasty and my turkey burger was so healthy with spinach, tomato & cucumber and the seasoning was super delicious. We ordered a Malbec wine and a Makers Mark mixed drink. A perfect meal. We rated it 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to return.“
“Lake Room is our favorite date night spot. Worth the drive for us. Shoutout to the bartender, Demi, who always makes fantastic cocktails. The kitchen puts out great food too. All around a must-try restaurant that will entice you to come back again and again.“

Continue to Shine!Vegetarian options: Rice and vegetables!Parking: Accessible!“
“Love Enki; it’s on my regular brewery rotation. Beer is excellent and space is wonderful. Half price beer at happy hour—give me some! The Ponder Pale Ale is one of my 2023 summer faves. And, I wish all food establishments would switch to the automatic service charge model—much easier on customers and fair to workers.“
“Decided to go check this place out yesterday before they closed for the season and it was a good idea the service was great really friendly and fast I really like how everyone help each other but it was really uncomfortable when the bartender started swearing when there's like a lot of kids around, it made my wife feel uncomfortable otherwise great place to enjoy some drinks, I'm totally going back next season“
“Stopped here in between events at Paisley Park to kill time. Coffee bar hours are from 8am-2pm so there was a limited coffee menu available.Ordered the hot nitro with a shot of dark chocolate. Pretty good coffee and very friendly employees. This is actually a family and pet friendly place with some games for kids and a patio area when the weather is nice. They also host different food trucks. There were a number of families with kids enjoying themselves while I was there.“
“It was a fun night at the Gold Nugget - lots of diners, families and folks having a great Saturday night. Nicole kept our drinks filled and updated on the status of our entrees coming out. We had a nice table next to the windows. My favorite Asada Bowl was delicious; I always think I'm going to try something else, but order it because it really is my favorite. My husband tries lots of different menu choices, and enjoys it every time. See you again soon.“
“Tried it for the first time today. The Cathy sandwich was delicious and I am not a cold sandwich person. The Superman ice cream is very good. I usually can only do a couple of bites and I am done, but I keep eating this one. Can't wait to try the banana bread tomorrow. Yum all around!“
