Love Enki; it’s on my regular brewery rotation. Beer is excellent and space is wonderful. Half price beer at happy hour—give me some! The Ponder Pale Ale is one of my 2023 summer faves. And, I wish all food establishments would switch to the automatic service charge model—much easier on customers and fair to workers.
I have enjoyed Enki Brewing for many years. The original site had lot's of character but lacked parking and seating. The new location retains the fun, great beer and adds good food. I'm glad the giant Jenga game finally returned. My favorite beers are the seasonal Mocha Porter and I was blown away by the Blood Orange ale. This was out last stop at a few breweries out in the west metro. There is a ton of both outdoor and indoor space. It seemed very family friendly with lots of kids running around. We had their hazy IPA and their Oktoberfest; the Oktoberfest is the winner for us there. They also do serve food; and while we didn't have any the pizza looked really really good!
