Have tried plain glazed donuts twice here. Both times one side was bordering on raw, and the other burnt. I don't know if I have terrible luck or what, but twice was enough for me.

Bittner's is a classic, old-school bakery. They have a great selection of donuts and the donut holes are the best I've ever had. We stop in a couple times a month at least and usually take the goodies a couple doors down to Shakopee Brewhall to enjoy with our coffee.

We catered cupcakes and a little cake for our wedding reception from Bittner’s, and they were absolutely amazing! Everything from the planning process to eating the cupcakes the night of was perfect. Lauri is awesome, would highly recommend using them for your wedding, and just in general!
Ordered 20 dozen assorted doughnuts for a work event and they were amazing. Everyone loved them! Staff was great to work with and accommodating for an early morning pickup. Highly recommend.
