“This is a lovely spot for lunch or brunch. My third visit, with a friend who had never been before. He had a salad with crispy chicken, and I had the mushroom ravioli and a side salad, everything was really great. Our server was not super attentive, but the place seemed busy when we were there. It was easy to have a conversation, and we enjoyed the light bright atmosphere.Parking: It's in a Nordstrom in a shopping mall, so there's plenty of parking for the mall.Kid-friendliness: It's more of a grownup lunch place. I would imagine kids would enjoy something different.“
“If you like corn, I highly recommend the polenta fries!! But be careful, because they come out piping hot, but the amazing sauces will help cool them down. Veggie lasagna was fantastic...really mad I forgot my leftovers. We've been here several times & have never left unsatisfied.“
“Had a really nice service/bartender his name was Owen thought he was a little young but he was able to remember the movie where Danny DeVito played character named Owen from Throw Momma from the Train he is really polite and so was the young lady that did the cleanup afterwards and the young lady that told me about the food and big shots out to Michael from Nike Wellness Outlet in the Ridgedale mall he's the one that directed me to Tavern Grill. “The best restaurant in the Twin Cities! The food was awesome and the waitress was so nice! Her name is Leiana and she is the best waitress in the whole world! Our favorite food was the fries! They were way better than McDonald’s fries. Definitely coming back! By the way, of you mentioned a waiter’s name, the get a little prize!“
“I’ve been here several times but not in a couple years. Just returned for brunch and it was spectacular as usual. Jeremy was super nice and knowledgeable and we sat close to the kitchen so it was cool to see them do their thing. Bravo again Martina team, you guys never fail to impress! ?“
“Skaalvenn is a true gem, tucked away in the most unlikely of locales. The vibe is fantastic, the team running the place is super attentive and friendly, and the beverages are well crafted. Really happy we found it - and will be back soon!“
“We came here for drinks to celebrate my husband’s birthday and were treated with the best service! Moon was our bartender and she was phenomenal as well as the rest of the staff. We didn’t have any food but the cocktails were delicious and we will absolutely be coming back for more drinks and to try the food!“
“One of the best MN distilleries, IMO. Every spirit I've had is smooth and well balanced. Their blue agave tequila is one of my favorites and something I drink in the rocks. Tried their spiced rum today and it's just as good. Not overly sweet or cloying like a lot of rums can be. Nice notes of cinnamon, allspice, and anise. The taproom is really laid back but can get loud and hard to hear folks you're talking with. The service of amazing and ordering by QR core at the table makes everything really smooth. They've got some bar snacks and Heggies of you don't want to order in. Their cocktails are all well balanced, strong, and not overly sweet. It's one of my favorite places to grab a drink since it's not pretentious like a lot of other cities lounges or "rustic" like you get in the country. Just a lot of people looking to have a drink or two and get some good conversation.“
“The Dampfwerk is a fantastic bar known for its exceptional service and unique distillery. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a memorable experience, and their in-house distillery adds a special touch to their cocktails, creating a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere for guests to enjoy.“
“Came here for Holi brunch. A wonderful experience with kind people, amazing food and an overall wonderful experience. The food is some of the best Indian food I've had and is definitely an upscale modern take. We'll be back again.“
“I've been to Copperwing a few times and have been thoroughly impressed each time. They have a wide array of beverages and the rotate seasonally. I got a strawberry and banana milkshake type beverage that used clarified milk. It was so smooth and sweet but not overpoweringly so. I also got a drink based on the Big Lebowski's favorite - the white russian. It had a coffee foam on top and went down easily! I love trying the new drinks here. Service is great, you can either order at the bar or use the QR code at your table and pay right through your phone! They bring the drink out to you and it's super convenient. There is also ample parking in their free lot.“
“Olive’s is so good. The owners and staff are the best. It’s like they’re family…that you like. No matter what kind of pizza is your thing, you’ll like this high quality pizza. Very lucky to have this in the neighborhood. Get a glass of wine…you won’t be sorry.Kid-friendliness: Good for family’s.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.“
“My husband and I had a night out last night and the atmosphere and meal at the new Eden Prairie location was impressive. The Smoked salmon salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. My husband raved equally about the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. Fantastic service. We used to go to Maple Grove location, it’s exciting to have a B&B closer to home.“
“We’ve eaten at the Block (on the Pawtio) several times. We’ve never had poor food or service, in fact, the excellent food and service keeps us coming back for more!! We also love that our dog is welcome to join us! To the staff at The Block: Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s fantastic!“
“Always a great experience here. I am a transplant from CT and it like many higher end New England establishments. It is priced about the same, as well, so check their menu prices on line before you decode to bring a date. A good bottle of wine, two entrées and a shared dessert for two usually drops between $250 and $300. It is well worth it. Everything is always prepared perfectly and the portions are pretty generous.“
“Absolutely beautiful space, felt like being on vacation. Elevated takes on classic favorites. Not the cheapest, but perfect place to enjoy the evening. Go for dinner and have after drinks at the Hi-Fi bar when you finish. Too notch service and friendly vibe. Can't wait to return!“
“We stopped in for brunch. The hours, even on the weekend, for brunch are 8-11. You could definitely tell that the restaurant was very very new. Lots of questions from the staff to the manager on the menu (which only has 6 items), questions on what glassware to use, etc. The inside is super cute and bright on the corner of Lake and Excelsior. There are a few reserved restaurant spots in the garage. We started with bloody Mary's. There were two mix choices, dill and smoky jalapeño. We ordered one of each and they were served with garnishes of a lime and an olive. The dill definitely held that taste and I thought it was great. The smoky jalapeño I'm told tasted like normal mix. There was no baby beer served with it which is something I've come to expect with a bloody in Minnesota so was a little disappointing. We both got the steak burrito which was served with a side salad and a salsa. The dressing on the salad was great! The ingredients in the burrito were also very nice but not very evenly dispersed. I love burritos though and would order it again. We split a side of potatoes which weren't needed. They were good but the burrito was full of potatoes. A few training kinks to work out but a great location and food was both reasonable and delicious.“
“Nice restaurant with a cozy vibe. Went for Valentine’s Day and got a reservation a week prior with no problem. Food was good but came out warm vs fresh/hot. Not sure if that was because it was a busy night but was expecting more for the pre we paid. Would give them another shot in the future on a less busy night.“
“This us a fun place. Beautiful and had kind of a classy comfortable feel. Dress up or dress casual. Food was delicious, hot and served perfect. Only complaint is prices are a bit high for the food but not so bad I won't come back. Would recommend!“
