I flew in all the way from Detroit to Minneapolis Minnesota to visit my all time favorite restaurant. It was a dream come true that it reopened. I have been looking for the ChiChis fix for over 20 years. It was well with the trip and well worth the wait. The chimichanga ( with the Diablo sauce) was exactly how I remembered it. We enjoyed a delicious and nostalgic dinner tonight! Everything was wonderful, from being seated promptly for our reservation, to our service with Sara. Unlimited, light and tasty, warm chips and salsa with a kick. The Cadillac margarita was phenomenal and the food was even more delicious than we remembered. We had the guacamole appetizer, a chicken chimichanga and enchiladas with rice and beans. Well done…Chi Chi’s is back and it was so good!👏👏👏
Chi- Chi's has the best Mexican food and is made fresh daily on site. As a Texan I know Tex Mex and Chi- Chi's is amazing I loved this restaurant when I was a kid in Virginia and I cannot wait for the return of nationwide locations.

Chi-Chi's is a Mexican restaurant. Some diners say the rice was good but now has a dark red sauce and is average. The Chimmi and chimichanga are not as good as before, and the Tampico is only corn. Service can be slow, but a friendly waitress can help. Other customers enjoyed the Mexican pizza, the chimichanga, Fried Ice Cream, and want a Seafood Chimichanga back. The food is amazing.
