Kai's Sushi & Grill in Minnetonka is a popular lunch spot for sushi, offering a great lunch special under $20. The Sunrise roll is a customer favorite. Servers are generally polite and attentive, providing great service. Ample parking is available in the rear. This is one of the best sushi restaurants, with amazing rolls. The shumai and seaweed salad were perfect. The Number 1 roll was very well-balanced and the salmon sashimi portion was generous. The Edamame was amazing and yummy. The sushi was phenomenal, with the Deluxe Rainbow and Chan roll being great. The Chan roll was top tier, not too spicy but full of flavor. The Deluxe Rainbow roll was a go-to and wasn't disappointing. The Unagi was probably some of the best in MN.
