“The person working the deli slicer, maybe the shift leader, during the evening on 09/13/25 had a bunch of online orders. He still greeted me, took my order and worked it in flawlessly into all of the other online orders, while directing another employee on efficiently making all these sandwiches. Which is already just A+ effort!

And then I told him the wrong toppings and he just offered to make a new one without any hesitation. It was my mistake and dude just worked this new remake back into the system. This guy was locked in and I can't even tell you how refreshing that is to see in the fast-casual restaurant setting.

I wish I got my guy name, but he crushed it and deserves recognition for it.“

“Amazing sub with adequate portion size. When you ask for extra portions on the application it's followed through. Staff seem swamped with only 2 people working. The only complaint is that some tables weren't cleaned down but again with only 2 people working what can you do.“
