Have had a couple of good experiences here. I went here tonight at 8:30pm. The app and the storefront say they close at 9pm. When I arrived, the place was closed without a sign on the door or a person around.Potbelly had a BOGO promotion going on today so I was not able to use the promo. Decent bummer.
The service and greeting as you enter this location is the best. It could of been because I was starving, but this sandwich was the best of any location around the metro! Killing it potbelly's. Thank you

It's confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles.
